Total train wreck. Took 2 hours due to the service being so slow. She was sweet as can be but very overwhelmed. I still tipped her 20% because I feel it is a manager that dropped the ball. A table of 12 people cannot be handled properly by ONE little girl. Shame on the manager because there were multiple other servers just roaming or standing around. Food was really terrible. We could not eat the large fettuccine with chicken. Noodles were way under cooked and no flavor. Large Chicken Parmigiana was soggy and the same paper thin chicken as the fettuccine. Minimal flavor there as well. Big desert with brownies and ice cream was amazing! Thank goodness.

We made this reservation for my daughterâs birthday two months ago. There was literally nobody in the restaurant. We were a party of five. But then this poor one server had a rush on people walking in. The manager tried to help out. Just everything took forever and all the dirty dishes sat on the table forever I hate that. I tried to relax and have a good time and remember why we were there and we still tipped the server 20% but my goodness we were there two hours and 30 minutes! I ordered a second drink that never came. Had to ask for extra napkins three times. I know restaurants have been hit hard so I tried to keep that in mind but I donât think I would go there for lunch again. weâve had better luck with dinner service in the past.
If your eating at this place it's (hopefully) because you like or love Italian food. My family (which when we get together, there's usually over 12 of us) and I like going here due to the availability of getting seats for a big group and the portions are generous for sharing. We come here perhaps twice a year, specially when we have large gatherings. The food is good (It doesn't compare to real Italian food, but then again, that's usually the case with most other ethnic food restaurants). Overall, the service is usually an 8 out of 10 and it's a great place for large groups. There are smaller tables to choose from if your party is small.

The food quality was good, everything was fresh and served hot. My biggest issue was that the kitchen was in all sorts of discombobulation that the wait staff was running around getting backup plans from guests for menu items that had supposedly been 86’d but apparently were not. But the frustrating part of the kitchen mess is that they were all out of sorts to where I got my appetizer a couple of minutes after the main course. Now there’s far too much food on the table, no way our party can eat it all, and I left feeling like I wasted money. That’s a high determining factor if I return to a restaurant or not - if I feel like I got my money’s worth. Clearly in this case I did not, and the back of the house sank the front of the house.
Our waiter went above and beyond our expectations. He was on top of all our needs and requests, he definitely made our visit a positive experience ?
