Right off the sea front , an unassuming place, which has an amazing vibe, cool music, hearty sandwiches and…..wait for it……$3 beers during happy hour…hic! Just heaven in a town that is prone to rip off tourists. Staff are really nice too and will pour any concoction of your choice.
Good food close to beach does a lot of take out small outdoor seating maybe 25 they were slamed when arrived ascot on patio opened up so decided to stay and eat fresh bread plenty of meat they have there own sauce or dressing on side for dipping very good would highly recommend just short block south of carlsbad village Blvd on the pch next to 7/11
The young man who took our order gave excellent customer service. He also turned out to be ? correct when he said we would love our sandwiches. The Turkado was the BEST turkey sandwich I have ever had. I even had the gluten free wrap so I was expecting to be disappointed. It was amazing!!!! My husband had the chicken club and he said it was equally delicious. No weird chicken lunch meat to be found just delicious chicken breast pieces. You must go here you WILL not be disappointed!
We had the Veggie and Baja Chicken to go! They were crazy and super busy during lunch. Plan to order ahead or wait for 15 to 25 mins. The staff is super friendly and they are constantly cranking out these awesome sandwiches. They are worth the wait. We took them to go and enjoyed a peaceful lunch by the Carlsbad State Beach. The entrance is very very close to Board and Brew. Get your sandwiches and have an amazing time on the beach or at one of the seating area facing the ocean!
This is a good place to grab a quick sandwich to eat there or take with you. I had a hot pastrami sandwich which was loaded with meat and was really good. My wife had a veggie sandwich and she felt the same. Service was quick and we went to eat by the ocean. Excellent!
Stood in line with a friend to order and it went fine. The food came out at a reasonable timely manner. I felt like as we sat down outside on the patio to eat we were rushed to leave… didn’t like feeling like we were not welcome…
One of the best French dips I've ever had. The bread was crunchy yet soft. Tons of cheese. And the horseradish made it perfect.
Stopped in for the first time. Had the beef sub which is essentially a Philly Cheese steak. Quite good but the meat could have been slightly higher quality for $15. Beer on tap was great. Awesome service.
Super good sandwiches and brew to match. Super consistent food and a great atmosphere. Definitely a solid lunch spot.
