Excited to try it out as have enjoyed Cicciottis for years . Located across the street with vibrant yellow canopies. Ordered the chicken kabobs, spinach thingys, Lentil soup with butternut squash (OMG !!!) , 3 hummus plate with the most amazing fresh pita breads , and a Childrens grilled cheese plate with fries for the 5 yr old . It was all superb and delicious! We were stuffed ! Next time will try the Greek salad and leave room for Baklava. It looked amazing. The restaurant itself was fresh , sleek yet warm and very clean . Highly recommend! Enjoy !
We want to this restaurant and ordered the kabob platter for 4 and eggplant paid 80$, after the food was brought to the table, took a bite of the eggplant and there was a small wood/stick in them didn’t eat any !!! Chicken kabob was burnt !!!! Talked to the waitress she just walked away and didn’t come back to the table !!! Bad experience, Don’t recommend this place !!!
Amazing food, and great prices for Persian food! We especially loved the koobideh kabob and the pizza
Jasmine took our order and then waited on us throughout the entire evening. She was so friendly and helpful. The food was really good and we couldn’t believe the amount of food we were served. We ordered the Chicken Salad and the Steak Salad. There were lots of people coming in to get their to go orders. The place has a really nice outdoor dining with heaters and the inside is nice as well. We will be back.
Bistro Kebab offered a delightful meal. We ordered two Greek salads with sliced doner lamb. The portions were large, very fresh and reasonably priced. The service was excellent, with continuous attention and care. There is a nice heated outdoor dining area. We highly recommend.
I don't know how they prepare that chicken, but it is THE BEST!!! Tasty, juicy, fall-off-the-bone tender, with amazing flavor. Plop that leg&thigh onto a huge mound of rice with lots of good stuff in it, and it makes a great meal. Very nice people too, very friendly and helpful.
Bistro Kabob is a great place for all types of Persian and Mediterranean food, whether you are ordering for one, or for a date with your significant other, or even for a large group of people.Management, staff, and chefs are all great people with the best attitude and service, and food is just great all around. We have been going to this restaurant for years now and always choose them for any family gathering and birthday parties. We just had a family gathering of 20 people with 20 plus different individual orders tonight, and everything was perfect and all the orders were made nicely and timely, and the owner (who kindly stayed after hours to attend to our group) and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, and food quality and taste was as great as ever.Highly recommended restaurant, excellent and 5 stars all around.
The cashier is very racistTreats the Mexican guys really nicely and the white people rudelyI normally tip $10 for $20 of food purchase but didn’t the last visitI’ve never not tipped somewhere until the last visit hereThe staff is also Mexican and treated only other Mexican customers only nicely but not the white customersI have my receipt showing we are hereWhen we asked for ketchup she said only 1 ketchup per meal. We had two meals and she only would give us 1 total. She growled at us when we asked for a second ketchup.
I have been going here periodically ever since it opened. It used to be Kabob Lounge. I believe different owners. At any rate,,,the last time I was there the food was excellent. My condo had flooded and I was staying t at the Homewood Suites next door. I live about 15 minutes so am a local. My last visit there within the past few days was terrible. The chicken Barg tasted old. Had a very weird taste. The pita bread was very thin and like a rock. I orderd no rice and paid $3.00 extra for tabouleh. It was old also. The couscous was mushy and overcooked and left a starchy white liquid. Salad was OK,,,dressing a bit meager and too balsamic. I got a walnut and a pistachio baklava. PLEASE FORGET THESE. Way too much phyllo layers that are hard and gummy and the pistachio,,,as well as the walnut filling was SO horribly dry. Beyond comprehension that these would be offered. I have eaten a ton of baklava from many places. The pistachio filling was like a rock hard. The filling on both actually just pulled away from the dough. I took the baklava to the clerk, and she said that is the way it is. HUH??? She said,,,"They like it this way...",,,I said,,,"Who are they?" she said, "The Perisans..". I had to crack up at that point. She would not reimburse me or offered any other option other than adding more reduced honey liquid. I actually got sick that night from their food. This place has gone downhill. Big time. There is not a decent place in that complex to eat so forget it. S Go down toward the freeway 5 and the Windmill, outlet, even Islands, Seafire is there. Burger Lounge,,,any other place. Plus the prices at Bistro Kabob are too high now. Lastly, the place is still half assembled for eat in, and half looking covid-closed . The bar area is closed off,,,it's just dismal. The counter help are apathetic and wear too much perfume and are lazy about busing the tables. Wanted to try the pizza,,,and the pizza cook was out on and "emergency",,,night before Easter... ;)
Always great food, made fresh to order and at reasonable prices. So glad that it’s close to my work place. I do usually order ahead for quick pick up.
