We waited more than 2 hrs to get someone to cook our food. Bc we got skipped twice by other guests who arrived after us. Not a good experience at all.
I love this place. Been coming here with my family over a decade, but after last night. Ruined my night and my birthday. My reservations were 745 pm. Check in and waited about 30 mins. No problem. We sit down and order our drinks and their dishwasher went down and backed up on dishes. Again. No issues its not their fault. Lets say for over an hour we sat there. We got some of our beverages, we had soup and salad and this is when it got worse. I asked the waiter 3xs for my sons white rice that comes with his meal. Again, i knew he was busy but he catered to the alcohol orders for the other party. But not a simple cup of rice. It hits 930 pm. My son is in tears because hes hungry. Final straw was the table sat down after us got their chef first. I spoke to manager and he just said that was the order of tables and myself and the other party we sat with discussed that isnt right. Needless to say, we walked out. Worst service evee received and will not be returning. Wasnt right
One of the worst experiences ever. Reservation was at 730pm and didn't get sat until 830pm. Took 45 minutes to get our drinks. 2 hours after our reservation, we barley got our soup. Made manager aware od the situation and said would give a discount on bill. Saw 3 tables sat after us get their chef before us. Our server disappeared and we didn't see for an hour. Our chef was new and while a great personality, was extremely slow and our food was burnt and undercooked. Bathrooms were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been clean for the, nobs broken and trash everywhere. Bill came and birthday discounts nor discount manager said was on the bill. Manager never came over to apologize and try to make things right. Will not be coming to this one ever again.
Restaurant was the busiest we have seen it since pre-COVID - so good for them! Overall service was good - had likely a pretty new chef who was funny and polite, but a very slow chef! The end results was very good, however.
The food was good, got the 5 course filet mignon. Ordered it medium rare and it was slightly over medium, so no where near medium rare. The hostess was clearly out of her element or skill set, I've never experienced a more unwelcoming host. The waitress was a bit better, but couldn't deliver more than one thing at a time, and forgot an item or two and had to be reminded. Also couldn't clear off the table correctly, taking an item someone was still working on while leaving an empty glass and/or plate on the table. We skipped the Chef's table because the hostess was trying to squeeze our 3 person party into an already packed table. We didn't feel like going elbow to elbow with strangers. There were many empty Chef's table, she could have started a new one, or lined up the chairs on the packed table. It felt like 2 spaces were available and she jammed in a 3rd chair.
