The location was amazing but everything else was just ok. Two of the four of our party didnât eat much of their food - one was drowning in butter and the other was just not tasty. Wanted to love it but didnât.
Fish and chipsâ3 small-sized pieces of slightly undercooked cod and somewhat soggy fries for $22. First and last time.
Came for brunch on a Monday. Not crowded. We advised the hostess we had a open table reservation but our name was never taken because they were not busy. Service was okay, but slow for a not so busy Monday. When the check was given, we asked about our reservation being accounted for, the server didnât even know what open table was. Proceeded to ask someone while walking off with our check and credit card. Came back and said the restaurant didnât participate. So I asked to speak with the manager. He left the check at our table and proceeded to walk away with our credit card in hand again. Finally the manager came up and explained their process, telling us we had to let them knowâ¦which we had but no one asked us for our name because they were not busy. She said it would be marked, which they did. The server finally arrived back to our table with our credit card and asked if we were ready to pay. Needless to say, I was not impressed by the lack of experience or education of the staff to follow through. More just going through the motions. Otherwise the view was nice and the food was okayâ¦but nothing I would rave about. Thereâs better places out there for sure.
It is a great place to eat, right on the beach with awesome views of the ocean. The food was good and came out very fast. Love this place!

This is our favorite breakfast spot in Capitola. Great ambiance and great food!
Itâs a fund place for drinks and appetizers. But the entrees are severely lacking.
Overall the experience was good.
