Arrived at 8:25 as the employee was walking away. Lights off, registers closed, and counters blocked.Why post hours at all if your employees just leave whenever they want.
Refused service at 8:45 pm. The employee claimed that “she” closed at 8:30, though she acknowledged that the only posted hours were for the target store which closes at 9.This occurred on date of posting, 03/30
Coffee was super diluted and tasted like it was brewed in dirty water. The absolute worst cup of coffee I've ever had in my life. How do you mess up a cup of coffee? I wound up pouring it out and tossing the cup in the trash.Starbucks- send someone to get this shop together...
Service -0. I ordered white chocolate mocha today and they made it, gave it to me after I tried it was horrible cuz it looked like they just made hot milk. I didn’t taste any coffee or any syrup. So went there back to change it with new one and guess what?- they made new one but it was same shhhht. So this place doesn’t deserve 5 stars or recommendations.

Love it, the one in 41 st Capitola is the best
