Seemed to be closed for a long time, training new people. Friendly service from staff with the exception of one incident, were the barrister was upset with someone grabbing a straw from over the counter. Without paying attention it may seem like its there to grab. She was loud and blunt, and made me feel a little uncomfortable. Overall though still a good morning there.

Line was shorter than I expected. I had a frappachino, it was just what I expected. My friend had a mocha she was happy with it. The only beef I've ever had with Starbucks is the number of people in front of me.

Outstanding service
I used to love this spot because it's the closest to my house, but it's kind of going downhill. They always turn off their mobile ordering...almost every single day. Since trying other locations, I've also noticed that this location skimps on creamer and whipped cream and things like that pretty often. The only good thing about this location is Kaitlyn because she always remembers customers names and orders and is super friendly. She should get a raise

I come here just about every morning for the same exact coffee and it's pretty darn consistent. I am not a connoisseur by any measure, but I do enjoy a nice solid Americano with a splash of soy milk and cinnamon first thing in the morning, oftentimes when I'm walking.The staff knows who I am and on the rare occasion it's not just right, they fix it without a problem. So grateful for this experience so close to home.
Starbucks, overpriced but good coffee. Not my first go to.
