I ordered carry out through their app and the order was ready for pickup after 15 minutes. While the person helping me seemed new, I only waited a few minutes and then I was out the door with my order. Food was as expected of a fast food pizza place. I’m very impressed by their turnaround time. I would definitely order from this location again.

Went during Super Bowl took only abot 15 minutes to get my pizza even though it was busy. Employees knew there jobs and were clear, friendly, and direct.
This place has saved me on many occasions when nothing else is open and I’m starving and don’t know what to eat. The food is always good and the service is at its best.
Waited so long and waiting longer for my order was not complete. And i was missing a pizza! so the driver told me they go pick up my pizza they forgot and already waiting for an extra hour.
I ordered online and received proof of payment.The worker yells across the store at me to give him a second while he finishes making an order. I stand there, and he yells across the store to ask my name. I tell him, he hands me a pizza. I take it and leave, only to realize--not my pizza. I go back, the rightful owner is at the register, the worker realizes the mistake and only apologizes to the other customer, mind you, our names are NOT similar. The worker says there is no record of my order even though I have a bank statement showing my card being charged. I ask for a pizza or a refund. After some back and forth, the worker tells me their policy, that without an order number, I can neither receive a refund nor a pizza. Accuracy and customer service/professionalism are clearly lacking here. Take your business elsewhere.

I have tried many times to give this dominos the benefit of the doubt, but it is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced the last 3 times I’ve ordered. First - delivery order came 90 minutes after expected arrival, pizza was cold and smashed. Second - delivery order never arrived. When I called I was told by the “manager” Julian that my order was delivered to the wrong address. But no phone call, and no offer to make it better. Then he hung up on me. Tonight - placed an order for curbside pickup. Despite the county mask mandate, the person inside was not wearing a mask at all. And the person who brought it to my car wore his mask around his chin. I have pictures and will be reporting to the health department. This is an awful place with terrible service.
