Chipotle obviously has a good business concept and model. The problem with this specific establishment is that they cannot retain staff members.In addition, due to supply chain issues (which is obviously every where in the world at this time) they can't provide some meats, cheeses, beans and tortillas or even bowls.The pandemic has created many many problems in our economy and this is simply a tiny ripple in the current. Our people are stressed in many ways these days.
Came to eat here at 9pm, an hour before closing and they locked the doors. Apparently, they can’t read a sign and a clock.
I usually like Chipotle, but this has got to be the worst Chipotle I have ever been too. Out of veggies (which would have been nice to know since I was getting a veggie burrito). Chips only if you order to go. Black specks in the ice. Rude behavior to other customers. Definitely will not be back
Order ahead is very slow, took 15 minutes too long. Watched the lady make it as if she was totally confused. I wouldn’t have put it past her being high. Order was wrong and made a burrito bowl instead of a a burrito but I was so frustrated I didn’t want to wait another 10 minutes watching her.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. I should’ve learned my lesson the last time I ordered. Last time the barbacoa was all fat. This time, there was no chips, salsas, or guacamole (which we paid for) in the bag. My bowl had 3 bites of meat hidden under the corn & lettuce. The chips that we received with the kids meal were BURNT & greasy, they were not edible. & the tortillas in the kids meal & the burrito were hard. My daughter got one big flour tortilla instead of the two small ones, which would’ve been ok, if the tortilla was at least warmed up. At first I thought it was an off day, but after reading some of the last reviews it seems I wasn’t the only one with a problem.
My chicken burrito was pretty good! However CHIPS are officially never available ?♂️ so don't try to order them or they will tell you to get a refund. Other than that they are all good
This Chipotle was pretty good. The burrito bowl with steak was decent. The beans, steak and rice all seemed really fresh. There were plenty of seats inside and a few outside. The one knock I would say was the cleanliness. The restaurant was a little dirty. Most of the tables needed cleaning and the bathrooms had signs on the doors saying they were out of toilet paper which was different. Overall a good place for a quick bite to eat.
This Is what I ordered on Uber eats :(This is how my bowl was made.Not even filled & still charged full price?Uber driver was great. Food service could’ve been so much better. Uber eats was unable to make and adjustment or reimburse the money :(I will contact my credit card company to open a Dispute for the full amount. Simple it is unacceptable.
Restaurant was locked when I arrived long before closing. I called in my order. When I arrived 30 minutes later they hadn't started making it yet. Only one person working the entire restaurant handling in person and online orders and preparing ingredients. He was doing a good job but there's only so much one person can do. They were out of white rice and chips. This is a bad Chipotle.
I think some of the staff were trying to be good, but many are not. I had a poor experience, the staff had no clues on how to run the place.
