Last night we went for dinner, very bad service.the table was dirty, the drinks and chips with sauce were ordered, the drinks arrived but 45 minutes later the chips and food did not arrive, in addition to the fact that the waitress was asked for straws on 3 occasions, which she went and threw at the table as well than cutlery.We canceled the order because of the bad service and they still charged us for the drinks.
It was a horrible experience waited an hour and a half for our food, what came out finally was cold, waiter was awesome and sweet but needless to say we left with the manager saying that our $300 bill was on the house. Thats how bad it was...never again
This place needs to close. All the “cool” employees won’t stop chatting and being loud in the kitchen not helping the guests. And the “not cool” employees are trying to pick up all the slack and are getting all the backlash. We asked for waters, never got it , got our drinks after our food , no silverware , our waitress never came back to check on us once. Where is the management ? There’s more than enough employees for this not to be happening this way. Literally groups of five employees on their phones showing some video or photo while guests are asking bussers for things.
Man oh man disappointing! Waiter was good but the food was what can I say? Let me start with the pasta was overcooked the chicken was dry and the Cajun seasoning needed flavor. And the dessert cookie skillet was hard as a rock. I'll give you one guess, think I'm going back?
This restaurant was pretty good for a place to eat at the Capitola Mall. The chips and salsa were really good. The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich was very good. It has a little spice and the chicken is a little small but it was really tender and had a great flavor. The fries were also decent. The restaurant is right inside the mall which is really convenient. It's not overly big but we had no trouble being seated even on a Saturday for lunch. Overall a good place to eat at the mall.
My food was cold the rice was dry my sons order was wrong we were practically done before they broght correct order out. My daughter alfredo looked dried out, did not bring my drink. Double charged on one item charge was on bill for drink. Waitress was lacking, horrible experience, we also over heard several other guests complaing about food and service.

After 45 minutes of waiting after placing our order and several excuses as to why it’s taking so long. The manager came over to offer up yet another excuse. None of them matched each other’s. We watched other tables get served. They were seated way after us. Waitress tried to throw the kitchen under the bus when in fact she forgot to place our order. Instead of telling the truth she pointed fingers to others. Really bad service all around
The place was clean but the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.our waitress was very attentive without being a nuisance. But the food was sub par. I ordered the brisket quesadilla which had very little meat and was mostly sauce and tortilla. Lots of sauce. My husband had the baby back ribs and the only flavor was the sauce, a great abundance of sauce.
The last 3 times we've gone here as a family something always lacks. Sometimes half the place is empty, but they can't seat us. Other times our orders are wrong or the food comes out cold. This time, I tried to Uber Eats their food, after 25 min, they canceled my order saying they couldn't get to it.I am surprised a chain restaurant like this has such low standards for service. This is the nail in the coffin, never again, if everything is perfect it's worth the wait and money, they no longer can deliver.
