Terrible service, food was itsâ savior
We had lunch here on Saturday. We sat at the balcony and really enjoyed the fantastic view and chill vibe! However, the reason I gave two stars because the service is bad.We waited for an hour for our food - a lobster roll and a salad. Other tables nearby also waited for a long time.There was a couple waited for 15 min without being served, not even water, so they just left.I suggest restaurant owner to take customer service seriously. You don’t want to ruin people’s mood to enjoy their time at Santa Cruz.
Absolutely love their outdoor seating with gorgeous ocean views. Also loved their fish & chips - best fish and chips ever. Can’t wait to come back to try their other dishes!

What a fabulous spot to walk in, grab some snacks and libations with a smile! We were there for a hot rod show and we loved it so much we went back every day the three days we were there. A local spot that welcomes visitors. We are super social and we're welcomed from the get go! We'll be back. CHEERS!!! Willie & Tess
I had a group. One ordered Fish and Chips... they were out!!!! My son ordered a Waygu burger. They were out of rolls and served it on bread. My shrimp scampi only had a couple shrimp and the sauce was like water.
Ocean View Location! Great Food & Drinks! Great Service…Clean! What more do you want? Oh yes, reasonable prices (not over priced like their neighbor Margaritaville) seems this new restaurant will make it’s presence in the community strong. My son said it was the cheesecake we ever had! As a local, I care about the details, like the GOOD WILL that creates a community, like taking good care of your employees and giving back with entertainment. Congratulations ??!! Great start! Thank you for the live music! I want to help you create a fun & rewarding business that will make life more better for all. Please don’t charge a cover fee if eating there though, my family skipped this place before because of a cover fee didn’t feel right when we came for the food. Ordered the spicy chicken burger with fries and Lagunitas IPA. Burger took like 40 mins when it wasn’t busy. My beer was the highlight which says a lot about that burger- not moist.
Super awesome server, she was sweet and really attentive! The food was delicious! The truffle lobster fries are a must! Overall really pleasant experience.
