I've had so many encounters at this place where the employees were straight up rude. I don't care if you have even mediocre customer service cause I've worked in fast food myself and have worked in customer service most of my life. I get it. But to interrupt when I'm literally trying to say my order and then get mad because I didn't hear what you said when you talked over me?? Make it make sense people. This woman was talking to me like I insulted her mom or something. I get it's fast food but they act like they hate life itself here... tf do I have to do with that? This place is horrendous.
Often eat from here. Drive-thru or dine in. It's always a nice experience, people are friendly. You do occasionally encounter a homeless person eating in or hanging outside, but they keep to themselves, everyone is respectful.
Website says their drive thru is until 1am, but it was blocked at 11:45. My bad for wanting something to eat during your posted open hours.
Our order is always fresh, correct, & served up fast. Perfect for a quick, no dishes to do afterwards supper, especially after a long day.
I used the drive thru and was served quickly. The fast service reflected in the poor burger I received.
This Burger King is a good stop if you want a quick drive thru for lunch. The chicken nuggets are decent and usually warm. The speed of the drive thru has always been good. The only issue is the seating inside is closed. You can't eat inside or use the restroom which was an inconvenience. Unfortunately this is pretty much drive thru only but still decent food if you're in a hurry.
It's over cooked. Looks like the chicken been recooked or reheated from day before or earlier in the day. Very disappointed and the fries looked bit over cooked
Terrible experience here. Biked all the way from pleasure point to find that drive thru was the only option. When at the window the employee told us it’s for cars only then walked away. We then biked home to get our car. Drove back to find out he had closed the store 2 hours before posted closing time.
The worst restaurant ever 2022 no restrooms the food is cold and bad quality I don’t recommend safe your time and money ?
Old and cold food and when I ask for my food to be off the broiler i get it cold 98% of the time especially if the its the manger taking the order i don't know if it's because she doesn't know what that means or just doesn't care only time i get it off the broiler is when there's some young guy taking my order and he makes me park in the front for about 7 minutes that's how I know it's really off the broiler takes 7 minutes to get and it's actually hot wish they would do it for me every time I'd eat there more often it's been like this for a long time ...do the owners not read the reviews for their own restaurants or again do they just not care sad ..
