While having lunch at this establishment I observed several homeless people that were not paying customers just walk in directly to the fountain drink machines and fill up dirty filthy cups with their favorite drink and hang out in dining room for a while, that really grossed me out, this place needs more enforcement to prevent this from happening.
Everyone was nice. It looked like they were cleaning up before closing but when I walked up they cleaned their hands and ask to help me.Went back to get something to go, same courteous service.Double cheese burger was great, haven't been in a while, have to go back again. And wow, so much stuff to try other than burgers on the menu. And i heard someone talking about the summer salads coming out soon. Hmmm.
I've been going to this location for years. Have always received everything I ordered, hot and tasty. Will keep going back.
I've never been to a Wendy's where they slack this much.Orders other than drive thru orders take more than TWENTY MINUTES to get done.

Desoto and Roscoe Wendy's is horrible I have been eating Wendy's for 30 years And by far this is the worst Wendy's I've ever been to It seems like a franchise or something It takes 20 minutes to get your food Everyone is running around like they are lost They have no barbecue sauce And they do not have frosties I have never had this happened before Because these are the 2 main things I get when I am at Wendy's And it took 20 minutes just to get my order Which I asked for here to eat inside and they gave it to me to go . I will never eat at this location again. Next time I will go to Sherman way and Tampa that is the best Wendy's in my area.
They got my order wrong. Then they made a new order. The food was not good, no taste, they didn't put the bacon in my bacon and cheese fries.

My seasoned potato fries were dry over done, the to pieces were fine.
