Had the awesome experience of having Daryl B as our server. Wow what an incredible human. He was top notch. I can’t say enough about the experience we had with Daryl. They don’t make people like that any more. He should be training customer service. He made our day. Please ask for Daryl B.
Great place to have a nice dinner any day for any occasion. Prices are reasonable. My favorite is the chicken Madeira and the chocolate hazelnut cheesecake for dessert. Unfortunately they got rid of that cheesecake so now I get the salted caramel cheesecake!
Our server was fine; however, it took them a very long time to prepare our meals. We had dinner reservations for 7:30p, everyone was on time yet we didn't get our meals until after 8:30p and the restaurant was not packed. This was the only disappointing thing but the Raspberry Lemonade Drop and Key Lime Cheesecake made up for it. If you want to get the most for your money, order a salad. The portions are huge!
Always a great time at Cheesecake Factory. Went for lunch on a Friday and I could tell the wait staff was short handed. But they didn't let it deter their output. They hustled and got after it and delivered! Great effort, delicious food, good atmosphere. Recommend only coming here for special occasions but splurging on those occasions. Drinks, appetizers, entrees, and dessert. All make for a great time!
This is the worst Cheesecake Factory ever. The service was absolutely terrible. We waited over 40 minutes for our food. The food came out cold. We never saw our waiter again after he took our order. The food was so dry we had to ask for more sauce but that took another 20 minutes and by that time we were over it. I understand you’re busy and the kitchen is backed up. Maybe you should not take in more customers if you can’t handle the ones sitting at a table ordering. I give this location a absolute zero.

It has been awhile since my last visit. Not sure why. Everything was great. Parmesan crusted chicken so delicious. Chicken madera super tender. Both had wonderful flavors. The cheesecake EXCELLENT! & to top it off our waiter was on point.
Worst customer service ever picked up my food to go. Last week my girlfriends mom 68 years old came to eat during the day the people were really rude to her and her boyfriend that they decided to just leave and eat somewhere else. Never going back to this location. Seriously management needs to do some serious training to whoever they employ teach them proper customer service. Remember customer service is #1. Oh and if you are unvaccinated they treat you like you are less of a human bet a dog would be treated better.
Really great food and alot of it. Be ready to pay though not cheep
