Awful place. No customer service oriented. Only one person attending the counter and the drive-through. Incompetence at it major level. Love taco bell but this place is very unprofessional. I ordered a pickup and when I came over 17 mins I still had to wait over 30 mins for my order. Unbelievable!
Very clean and well organized, costumer service is fast and easy, employees are gentle and polite and overall a 10/10 dine in experience.

Love taco bell but this place isn't worth it.3 out of 5 times there is missing items on orders. They hand you the bag, closed up with a sticker, say everything is in there, and yet there is way to many reoccurring problems.Edit: went back, told them this is a repetitive issue. She plopped the bag on the counter without saying a work.Just go to another location.
Was just here less than an hour ago and gave me the wrong order. Ordered beef chalupa and even repeated it to me but got chicken instead Usually they got it right for me but today they did not. A little bit disappointed.
This is what my add on coin of "Extra Lettuce" looks like. They put a sticker on the bag so I didn't easily check before driving off.How hard can extra lettuce be to decipher from a little bit of lettuce? Note to prep line: This is a sad display of lettuce to begin with, but when someone pays for extra, please serve that extra instead of making the customer feel like they paid extra for nothing.Update: Came here again and my side of beans with NO sauce or cheese had BOTH on it! Unfortunately they put a sticker on the bag and kind of rush you off before being able to check in the bag so I didn't know what I got till I was at my destination. Now I know to double check any food I order and make sure they get it right from here. -_-
There were some hiccups, order errors, etc. in the recent past, but those appear to have been resolved and they are like a well oiled machine. Nice staff, great management.
went through drive through 3 times for 1 order. first they didn't give us straws. then they didn't give us sauce despite asking me for a specific number of packets. and then we realized the titular item of the chalupa cravings box was missing from our order. on top of this, for some reason this location marked the deluxe cravings box an entire 3 dollars more than other locations.
