My order was wrong. Paid extra for avocado and did not get it. Then the manager demands my receipt showing I paid extra because my sandwich doesn't come with it. After viewing my receipt, he adds it but acts like he was doing me a favor by giving me what I paid for. SMH. Absolutely horrible service.
Customer service is bad. Was standing next to the cash register for like 30 seconds and the employees were talking to each other and laughing. Only when I called them they started to do something. And the lady bread maker gave me that attitude lol. You are here to serve and make money not to hang out with your buddies. Horrible. I will never support this business again
Completely Messed up our order and when we went back to go get it fixed they closed a full 30 minutes EARLY and refused service. Unexcusable

Pretty good, fairly small portion but also not that expensive.
Placed a to go order that took 1 hour to receive because they didnt even start on it until 30 minutes after I arrived at the designated time to pick it up. Either order in person or not at all. This is the second time this happened, the first time took 45 minutes for what should be 10-15 max.
I love stone oven but the one located in Woodland Hills is such a mess. Not only did they get my order wrong but I saw several other people coming back w/ their food complaining. The woman at the cashier barely speaks English. I told another woman working there that my order was wrong and she had such a bad attitude. Had to ask for a full refund. I will not come back to this location.
