Asked for light ice on my drink but still got regular amount of ice and quarter empty, I asked why is that and the response was you asked for light ice and than a silence, did not hear any offer to fix my drink, so I asked to cancel and give all the order back but instead did not got full refund ( I checked after I left ) and so they kept the money for my other order, Next I called the store and talked to manager Sosia that was there at the time and did not offer to fix my drink and when I was explaining my complaints to her, she’s hang up the phone, Starbucks is now just a fake over priced coffee shop that give half empty drink and can’t even provide decent customer service! very disappointed.

Yeah they can be pretty rude. The guy messed up my drink because he wasn't listening.

WORST STARBUCKS EVER. Customer service is terrible. I wasted my time by just walking into this store. No management what so ever. This store ruined Starbucks for me -‘-

Always a dumb long line and they have gotten my order wrong more times then they have gotten it right. They have even taken my order down correctly but gave me the wrong drink. Doesn't matter if it's drive thru or in person. I find this store to be slow and lacking attention to any details.

The worst starbucks i have ever gone to. Not a huge deal that I received the wrong drink, but ignoring me when im kocking on the door, wasting your time arguing with me claiming I wasn't just there and that its not your fault is beyond baffling... I get you closed immediately after I left, but I waited in line and paid for this so the right thing to do would have been to just give me the right drink... sad that worker rather waste the time arguing about what 5, 10, or even 15 minutes ago is than just do what is right and easy.

Drive thru person sounded like he hated his job & spoke with an equal disdain. On top of that my order was wrong & didn't know it till I got to work.What a sour experience

The customer service received by Shiha the girl taking the orders at the parking in the drive through was the worse on top of that she took my order incorrectly . When I went back and told her what happen she was extremely rude and just told me you can get out of you car and go inside and just walk away; definitely not the type of answer I was expecting and the service this location provide. I wish I can give a half start review

Customer service out tune. The Starbucks needs a make over. They serve coffee with out even asking if you want creamer or sugar. No napkins no nothing. The cups are dripping when they serve them. Extremely unpleasant employees. Mind you when I ask for sugar the young lady gave me just three with out bothering to ask if I needed more. Right away I became conscious of my overweight because of the the 3 sugars. I like my coffee sweet not bitter. But bitter it was because I was embarrassed to ask for more. Never going back.
