I used to love this place but this sale girl Jules was so rude..when I first ordered the drink she looks me up and down. And when I told her that I wanted the mangoes like the picture like a escalator that’s in the ad ..she says it’s just the same drink but the mangoes are just cut up in cubes and told her coworkers that I was the one’s who messed up. Just Unbelievable

This guy had such a bad attitude, when we went there he started by rolling his eyes, I thought it’s ok he is having a bad day. We were asking about the different drinks and he is like ‘oh you making it complicated’ I was like you are providing a service it’s your job to tell us about the service i am not going to pay $10 for something I don’t know or wouldn’t like he just huffed and puffed at me like I was asking him for something free. It’s the else guys that someone else posted a picture of in the below comments. He was very rude and he messed up my whole day. ?

Very rude staff, manager said they don’t “give out” napkins. Will be taking out business elsewhere.Update, scroll down and see the image of the man everyone keeps complaining about his attitude. This is not the way to run a business.

Rude staff. I was given a nasty attitude by an Asian male when asking for napkins. Wouldn’t recommend anyone spending money where there is no customer service and unnecessary attitude. Went here with my family and had a horrible experience. Heres the story: My child (12 years old) placed her drink on the glass ledge that had absolutely no indication stating to not place a cup on the ledge. One woman who was working their asked her nicely if she could remove the cup and so she did. That was the end until this man came up behind the counter and started being incredibly agressive, verbally abusive, and unnecessarily rude to my child. She apologized multiple times and is still extremely shaken by this event. Security didnt do anything and just gave a half-hearted apology. This is the first time we visited the shop and will be the last. This is him in the image, we have no idea what his name is or if he is a manager, owner, or simply an employee.

Waaaayy too sweet and it doesn't even taste like fruit. No samples. When I asked to switch to something else, they said no. Asked for a manager, not there. The attitude was horrible. Zero stars!

Very bad attitude. First I was keep calling him and he was ignoring me then I showed the picture in the menu of what I want and he keeps showing me other menus and asking me which one which one, I showed him in the second and third menu and he is like witch one, I told him don't know the name but I want the one in picture. Super rude and keep telling me go back go back. I wish I could give zero star. Horrible service.

Muy desagradable experiencia el chico que me atendió que pesado mala actitud me trato súper mal y yo le hablé de una forma amable solo por que le dije que no era sandia que quería que yo le había pedido mango y ni Lo había servido , se enojo hasta me dijo “que crees que es fácil este trabajo “ ósea uno que culpa . No vuelvo a comprar ahí , tome una foto del lugar jamás tome foto a él , y el me siguió y me tomó una foto a mi , tuve que llamar a seguridad . Y yo solo le dije tú no me tienes que hablar de esa manera tan pesada , me trato súper mal ! Dios le de esa paz que necesita y le ayude a encontrar un mejor trabajo pobrecito .
