Priority seating worked well and the wait was not long. Parking was a little challenging but the three course special they currently offer was worth it. They offer a number of different items for their starter, appetizer and entrée. Their cheese biscuits are even better now that they pair them with a pina colada dipping sauce!
this used to be one of my "go to" restaurants. havent been there in a while due to both covid, and distance from my house. it was my sister-in-laws/brother-in-laws anniversary and she wanted to go there menu choices (selections) have gone down, prices have gone up, i think i'll stay away from here for a long long time. my wife and her sister ordered to lobster tail, very small portion, and extremely difficult to extract from the shell, both of hem were extremely disappointed , sorry, but the meal wasnt worth $150 + tip, although i cannot fault the waitress, she did her best and should be commended
Food and service was good. We enjoyed the daily special which was Sirloin Steak and Lobster along with 2 side dishes which included a large baked potato and small mixed green salad. All this was priced at $25.99 which is very reasonable. We will return again shortly.
The server said if you wanted the lobster bisque with just being up charge of $4 when we got the bill it was about 7 or $8 should have been more transparent however the manager took care of it and offered gift card for the problem and a free dessert
our server was awesome, chowder was so good!
For our first time, it was really pleasant. I was surprised how friendly the staff was and attentive. The food did take a bit long but besides that, we loved it! Definitely recommend and will be coming back!
the foods are good and fast service.
Decided to do Mother's Day with Mom Saturday nite to avoid the crowds...when I asked her where she would like to go, she said "Red Lobster"! Now I will be honest, when I think of this place I immediately think oooooh those cheddar biscuits but on the few occasions I have been here, it flatlines...the food is "ok" but not all that memorable outside of the biscuits, but tonite, the experience was STELLAR. We went to the location in woodland hills...our server was Lee...he was crazy busy, but he was still ever kind and patient as my mom & I went back & forth over what seafood selection to pick. Let me tell you our food was GORGEOUS, SUCCULENT, DELICIOUS. This was better than going to some of the premier steak & seafood places around town! The photos speak for themselves...whatever enhancements Red Lobster has made to the menu and the food preparation, keep it out because it was an outstanding dinner and my mom couldn't of had a happier and yummier dining experience on her special day! Thank you Lee for keeping us happy with biscuits, your service, and your kindness when you were so very busy caring for your other tables as well! What a great night!
It was just ok. The best part was the glass of wine, salad, and cheddar bay biscuits.
The food, as usual, was good. The bartender doesn't know how to make a martini; seems like he just poured gin in a glass, threw in the olives and that's all. It was at room temperature -- clearly never shaken with ice. Also when I received the receipt (emailed) I discovered we were charged for and paid for someone else's dinner. clearly belonged to a large party, not just what the two of us ordered. Can't trust those pay-station devices on the table.
