We stopped here as my husband loves Pollo campero. The prices are good and the restaurant is clean. Now if you are vegan or vegetarian this is not the place for you as I figured that out. Their fries though are delicious. The reason I'm giving this place 3 stars is because the day we went the cashiers were super friendly. Now I needed a box for my husband's leftover chicken breast and obviously that wouldn't have fit in the small box the lady in the green shirt was trying to give me. She rolled her eyes and had an attitude. Once I told her I needed a bigger box she kept trying to give me the smaller box and kept asking how many pieces. I said I need a larger box as it's 2 large chicken breasts. She then handed me the larger box but with an attitude. I'm sorry but if she is the manager she needs to learn from her other employees and be more friendly. I myself will not be going back. Customer service to me is big.
The food esa delicious! This is my fifth time here and i can gladly say they always treat me with such kindness. Amazing staff and great costomer service. Thanks again Canoga!
I had an amazing experience at the topanga location.Carmen who attended me was really friendly and helpful in giving me options on what to get. Costumer service from Carmen was spectacular.The food was given to me really fast. The chicken at this location reminds me of the one in my native country. Chicken was really tasty, flavored and specially crunchy.I would definitely come back to this location
I really like this place. Great food and friendly service. Don't know if I ordered on an off day or something, but the crispy chicken sandwich bun was moldy...I don't think I'll be post mating it again anytime soon, but I'll definitely be a little more cautious the next time I dine in
I like how they just dump the fries in the bag and not in a proper box. The food is good but please be more careful with the fries and how you handle them. They also need better listening skills.

Very bad service, the cashier was angry when taking the order, she was in a hurry, if she does not like that job, look for another one, if you do not want to have a bad time, do not go to this pollo campero!??

I tried it for dinner with my family and friends, it was something new for everybody, and we fail in love with this chicken, but the best complement was the friendly staff in this location definitely we will back
