I had a credit from a previous order that was lost and I called and spoke to Ranfree and he helped me! This Pizza Hut always gets it right! They go above and beyond. Great customer service, great teamwork and the foods always on top!
Pizza not ready on time. Employee chased me away from curbside pickup. When pizza was ready staff called my phone and said it’s ready and seemed really put when I told him it was a curbside order.I can ignore all of the above BUT…..the surcharge for CA residents is a discriminatory act based on my zip code. If PH cannot afford to conduct business in CA, then perhaps PH should pull out of CA.
This is the regular pizza hut store where we order pizzas all the time. but last time the manager of the store did not know how to handle a customer request and provide professional customer service. he was rough adamant and rude. Last order was our worst experience. we would like pizza hut owner to take action and bring the right managers who can under customer service and business in general. this manager has the mindset of 9-5 employee but not at all the mindset of a manager.
I ordered thin and crispy pizza and when I got home opened up the big box of three and the pizzas were both hand tossed pizza...

Pizza was slightly burned, and out veggies were burned on both pizzas. Was disappointing.
Please be aware this is so unsanitized!!! She’s making pizza with her hands raw!! Very nasty… not safe at all!!
My favorite Pizza in all the world and this location is the best! The people are helpful and caring! The food is made to perfection. The manager here should get an award for how this place is run.
Use quality toppings on your pizzas, go back to how you used to make your dough. I had the worst ever sausage and pineapple pizza. The sausage was disgusting, very fatty, poor quality, I had to throw my whole large pizza away. The dough tasted like I was eating White Wonder bread. Just horrible.
The staff are super nice. Fast order.
