We had a terrible experience we ordered online for pick up they had pizzas sealed and writing on box matched our order but when we got home we were missing toppings we paid for and they didn’t do half and half they stuck all the toppings on one side and made the other side cheese and didn’t even include pepperoni which we paid extra for on any of it im super disappointed and I called to try and see if they would fix it but no one answered the phone kept hanging up
The “Manager” is a disgrace. He called me slow after I asked for cheese and pepper and then asked for some napkins. He has no right in calling me that. Someone should seriously reprimand him. His name is Byron and he wears glasses. This happened on Sunday Evening,at around 8:20pm. 06-12-2022 I’m truly surprised that a “Manager” would make such a condescending comment. It’s was absolutely uncalled for.
This is for PAPA JOHNS corporate. I ordered a pizza at 12:33PM, and it's not 1:47PM and I still do not have my pizza. I ordered it online and we have a papa johns here 1 mile away from my house. Why did you send my order to 7 miles away in Canoga park when I live in Northridge. It's not 1:48PM. Still no Pizza. I called the manager at this location and he was very well mannered and nice to talk to. This is your Screw up PAPA JOHNS CORPORATE. If I would have known it would take this long, I would have just cancelled the order and picked it up at my local Papa John's location in Northridge. it's 1:50PM and the driver just pulled in. The driver was nice but the pizza doesn't seem to have a lot of toppings.
If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I have ordered the papadia 3x from this location. First time it was perfect size and amount of meat/peppers. These last rep times have been ridiculous. I mean, you’d think they had a shortage of steak or something.. idk but whatever it is, it’s Extremely annoying. Not to mention I’ve never noticed all the bad reviews..Prob won’t order from this location anymore.
On Thursday 31 I went to papa Johns to order some wing and medium pizza around 8:30pm . When I got inside was only one girl inside the store, she ask me if I was picking up an order, and I said no, I need to order something. After that I wait patiently for 10 minutes and she never took my order, so I walk away. Never again would step foot in this place. (Sherman way and Mason st)
New York style is pretty disappointing, I would prefer the thin crust
take me back 15-20 years, and this is the one and only Pizza I could have. Since then some things changed and I rather have more personal Pizzas, but when I need a pie, Papa Johns is where I call.
Ordered pizza today and took 1 hr to arrive. Pizza wasn’t even warm. Will not order here ever again.
This was my first and last time eating at Papa John's. I wanted to try the Ultimate Stuffed Crust because I've never even had stuffed crust before. When biting into the crust the cheese wasn't fully melted and kind of just stuck to to the crust like a slab of cheese. The pizza felt awkward as well, like it was undercooked. The taste was fine just the texture. Super expensive compared to other pizza places that have better pizza.
The works reminds me of a hole in the wall pizza joint from...back in the day❣
