In my all past visits I like the place and their buffet also reasonable. But my today's visit is really horrible. I went there with my wife and 2 small kids (6 years and 1 year). I reached there around 1:30 PM and that time there is only one small table available, which is suitable for only two peoples. Soon one another 4 chair table also became empty and one staff asked us to sit there. But suddenly another staff came and she forced us to sit in this small table. the reason they said is that we are going to pay only for 2 people, because other 2 is kids. so they will not get anything from them. I was really shocked. Some how I had my lunch with my one year kid and I can't keep him in high chair, because of small table, everything on the table is reachable for him.Funny thing is that its almost end time of their lunch time and lot of other tables are going to empty soon. 15 mins later, another two peoples only occupied in that big table. Then I understand they are more business minded than the customer satisfaction.

Just discovered this wonderful Indian food restaurant when I ate at Tommy's across the street last week. Decided to check it out, and went during the lunch buffet. Eerything I tried was delicious. This is family owned, and everyone there was so nice too! Great food, great price, great service. Considering inflation and that a meal at a fast food joint costs the same, this is a great value. Also, I believe you can get the buffet to go instead of eating there. They give you an empty container, and you go to to the buffet to fill it.

The rare cases when a new owner does It better the old the old saying a new broom sweeps clean fits this place. food is great they're very kind and we're going to come back to our new Indian place good job guys

Visited on a weekday for the Lunch Buffet. I was surprised with the buffet spread that was offered for the price..It's a family owned business, very friendly and service was good. Must try items from the buffet: Pakora, Samosa, Palak Paneer, Chicken Tikka masala, Garlic Naan, Chili Chicken, Gulab jamun and the chai. Rasmalai was not to my taste and will definitely not try again.

Best restaurant experience I’ve had in LA! Not only was the Indian food delicious and all you can eat, for only 10.99, but the owner came out and spent time talking to us; she gave us mango/carrot drinks on the house, and the service was just top! Absolutely the best!

Nice little Indian spot been here now 5 times since they opend. Wife really enjoys it and she is an extremely picky eater. Samosa is amazing tandoori chicken is OK. My favorite is the chili chicken and spinach and panneer cheese. The garlic naan bread is absolutely mouth watering. The chutneys are super flavorful as well and goes well with all the dishes. The buffet is great at lunch goes until 3pm and is only 10 bucks a person. You can also just order off their menu as well. They have an out door patio area as well.

Very nice food with so many chicken, lamb and veggie options. There are salad, starters, sweets. For a reasonable price it’s definitely worth it. The staff is very sweet and the ladies together doing a very good job. They take care everything with ease ambience is very good. My kids loved the food and the homely ambiance with staff talking to them like family. Great! Place I visited buffet restaurants before where the price is way overly priced but coming to food is also limited and they restrict kids. But, here for the variety of good they serve it’s definitely worth it. Kids will love it and loved the staff. Will definitely recommend it.

I love Indian food. Their lunch buffet has many varieties for the carnivor and the vegetarian. $10.00 for the buffet is excellent for the quality, quantity and service one receives. The price of lunch buffet is 10 for weekends as well.It costs less than fast food junk. I have been coming here for many years, even when owners changed.

On a Saturday evening, the place was packed with families and kids laughing and ordering in northern Indian languages and dialects. The decor is clean and simple with stickers still on the some of the curtains. I felt like I was a guest in someone's home. Huge smoldering cast iron platters of tenderly piquant tandoori are the main draw. Beware: asking for "extra spicy" on that order of curry means you will get the traditional spice. This establishment welcomes everyone, but they obviously don't have to care too much about tender palettes. The New India Palace is what the locals prefer and Canoga Park is all the better for it.

I come here every week. The food is your average mix of standard Indian restaurant fare, but the quality is pretty good, especially for what you pay. I hope they keep up with the quality in the coming years as agriculture becomes more expensive. I would rather pay more for good quality than a huge variety of substandard food.
