Not sure why this store barely had any coffee when I went, but I pick out something anyways oriental man wasn’t very friendly didn’t seem to care that they were out of all their coffees but 4-6 espresso options and I go online and they have all their coffee in stock. They should hire some people who care to be there, now I’m just ordering my coffee offline not wasting my time to be treated some type of way I just want my coffee strong and at a reasonable price. I brought a Nespresso hoping for easy coffee brewing experience without all the mess of a normal Nespresso machine.
For a first time buyer,it was pretty daunting to see the wide variety of Nespresso pods and which ones to get. Maya offering her assistance and personal recommendations definetely gave a great experience,she took her time asking what I was looking for and explaining the differences of each pod. Customer service is A+,will be back for sure.

Would give 5 stars, but there is one employee there, who's name I won't mention, that seems to truly hate his job. He has a certain undeserved pretense, and he is very condescending. Most of my experiences have been very professional, and of course the coffee is top notch, but I strictly order from the website now simply to avoid this guy.Plus this is the closest location to my home and they close at 6pm. For those of us who work jobs 8-5, having to race across town in LA traffic only to find the location closed (the rest of the mall is still open until 9pm) is a deal breaker.Great coffee. Great machines. Poor poor store management.
I went in briefly yesterday with a friend excited to refill our coffee pantry. When we went in we were met with a sour employee who wouldn't listen about our medical exemptions. Our medical history is not her business to inquire about and on top of that she was incredibly rude straight out the gate. There are plenty of people looking for work that could do this job. Plus, this could be another store that disappears and people could still get what they want from ordering on the website and not having to deal with nasty employees.
Supper pleasant, and knowledgeable people, who understand that some of the rest of us aren't.I'm new to the Nespresso world, so it was much appreciated.Definitely going back for the personal touch for my next big order.

Nespresso is the best coffee around! This particular locations lots of coffee. And coffee makers. It's a really good spot.
I came to the store for my favorite coffee, I came to buy two types - I bought 8 and I'm happy!Thanks to the professional advice of Cristian, several new flavors will now become our favorite cups.Best store! Highly recommended!
