Locations just opened so maybe they will figure it out. But today I waited in line for about 10 minutes before getting to window then being told my whole order needed to be changed due to them applying tow deals on accident. I then was not allowed to use my deal because of the time limit on the app. This shopping area is filled with good choices and you’re better off getting something from anywhere else. Waste of time, the workers have no idea what they’re doing, and zero professionalism.
Update: 23MAY2022 this location is finally open. First time coming and they already messed up my order... a simple 2 for 3.50, Mc double and spicy chicken. Acquired 2 regular McChickens... this whole renovation just to go back to my occasional mistaken orders.. I was the only one in line too....What really did it for me was my unsweetened ice tea was sweetened! Like are you serious!!Okay service. Just your usual McDonald's.

as i know this mac donald in roscoe /canoga park have DINE-IN opened... but the manager named CATHERINE don't allowed people to come in to buy coffee or have breakfast dine in.. she's very mean manager.. she thinks she owned the company a manager liked her should be FIRED asap..!! very very mean person..!!

This is a good McDonald's location but it is often very slow.
I know that you get what you pay for when coming to this mcdonald's but c'mon people. Customer service can be better.Today when I ordered at the drive thru I was greeted by a 17 year old kid with no manners. He greeted me with a "what's up".I honestly have never been greeted like that.Poor choice of words kid. Also some of the staff is not so bright or clean.
