I'm never ordering food from this Macdonald's they don't do their job right three times in a row i order food from Uber Eats at this Macdonalds omg those three time they send my orders wrong.. on the three times there was iteams in my order completely missing.. the second time they only send me one cheeseburger when it was more iteams.. also when i call them they don't answer their phone it just keeps ringing even ln that they are so worse bad bad bad bad bad Macdonalds i don't know what happen but before they where just great on packing everything i'm so so disappointed bad service.. and for this reason i give them a bad review the manager shes also very rude too i been there in person and not so great her attitude
I love coming to this McDonalds they always assure my order is correct. However, I placed an order today and upon distributing the food amongst my family only too find I was missing two items from my order. I am going to be completely honest I was very upset and was planning on returning to the store but, its Easter Sunday and I decided to let it go.Please ensure you review all orders prior to sending them out.Tjanks for everything you all do!

This branch located in Sherman Way, Canoga Park was one of the best branch I went to. Place was so clean and sanitized. But what stand up for me today was the store manager who takes the order inside. He was so nice and so kind. Offers everything so you'll get a great deal. One rude unethical old lady interrupt us while we're ordering, the manager just gave what she wants with extras with no extra charge. What an amazing way to resolve an issue in a very positive way. Kudos to you sir.

We waited for 5 to 6 minutrs before someone came up to help us. The staff where just not paying attention to lobby guest nor did they said will be there in a few minutes. Once the manager took my order she went back to the kitchen area. Might not stop there again..
Person taking orders in drive thru was very rude to customers. Customer in front of me in drive thru was reasonably upset because employee called him something rude and he tried to talk to manager about it and she did nothing other than aggravate the customer. Customers door was open and the female manager tried to close it shut. Things got even more escalated when the customer had enough and said something back to the employees who were yelling and calling him more names. One of the female employees then tried jumping out the window and tried to hit the customer.
This location blows! RUDE STAFF! Food is always terrible! , if they manage to make it right at all..Any of the other 2 locations within a mile is much better.. JUST CLOSE THIS ONE IT SUCKS!
