The food was excellent. Very tasty and well cooked. We ordered the following:- chicken pad Thai- lemongrass chicken- chicken satay- Thai iced teaAnd it's all halal. Service was excellent as well.
Be very careful with new owners. Not only the quality of food has gone down hill, they are very dishonest. I wen to their website and placed my order. When I got to the store, the kitchen was closed due to plumbing issues. No big deal, just cancel the order so I can get my money back. But these people tried to rip me off. Kept giving me excuses and would not cancel my order. It's been over two weeks and still no refund. I had to file with my credit card and now it's going to take up to six month to get my money back, If I ever get it back.I guess I wont be going back there anymore.
WATCH OUT!!!! Food was ok BUT WATCH OUT IF YOU PAY WITH CREDIT CARD !!!!!!!. They charge 4% credit card fee without telling you and it will be shown on the receipt AS TAX. If you don't pay attention, it can easily mislead you. It just caught my eyes and I know that $3.89 is not 10% of $28. ( Tax is actually just 9.5%). That's when the waiter showed me a SECOND receipt that shows the 4% credit card fee ONLY WHEN I ASKED!!!!!! Very deceitful. They charged my card but refunded after. I would not have known abt it if I did not catch it myself. Putting TAX to hide the cc fee is very deceitful so watch out for it. They explain only if you ask. Wish i know how to attach photo of my receipt here.
We had our iftaar here in Lemon Grass. Its 100% Halal food.We got the Wang ton soup, Orange chicken, spicy combo fried rice , plain rice and Red curry. It costed around 60 dollars or around 15$/Dish on average. The food we ordered were enough for 3 to 4 people. The staff were really helpful, even helped us to pack the food for to go.Definitely will come again.Food was really tasty as well. Enjoyed it
Food is good but beware of customer service issues--if you have any issues with your order they will argue with you and refuse to recognize the error and credit you back or provide the right dish. We got an order with 2 of the same dish so needed it corrected but they refused to refund/credit/re-do the dish to reflect what we actually ordered. They were argumentative and did not listen when I kindly explained what happened. Will reconsider whether we continue ordering from here. Unfortunate.
Was one of my favorite experience. Is located in a strip mall so not a lot of parking. The staff is fantastic and friendly. The staff is Thai, India and Chinese. The menu is predominantly Thai food with big portions. Our waitress made me feel like family. So much food had to take some of it home. Good food, excellent service and moderate prices is why it was a trifecta and is worth 5 Star..
Good average Thai food. What was ordered was not exactly served. Thai iced tea not so good.
I ordered $70 worth of food. Because average person pays that high for literally two things on a plate. Too expensive as is. Then to top it off i asked for some sauce on the side because they dont put anything besides your order in the bag. U have to ask and then they obviously want to charge u because they are cheap and dont know how to run a business . She charged me extra for the sauce. When i came home i looked at my order and the orange chicken i got was completely dry and old and stale. I called back to let the owner lady know that the orange chicken was dry and old. She said oh really come by and pickup some sauce so u can put it on the dry orange chicken. I told her are u serious. U want me to drive all the way back 30 minutes away for just sauce. I was shocked and she then said okay thank u happy new years. Clearly new year’s resolution to stop being cheap was not on their list.
Went towards the end of the night and put in an order for take-out. The order included chicken pad thai which is a pretty standard dish at all Thai restaurants. Our order (pad thai plus one other noodle dish) took a half hour to complete. In the meantime, none of the seated guests were attended to or given refills. We kept getting told that our order was "almost ready," but then she would just disappear. Eventually the order came and we headed home. When we dished out the food at home, we found that the pad thai that we waited a half hour for was just plain noodles with chicken it -- they forgot the pad thai sauce/seasonings! The other dish had good flavor, but the noodles were a little overcooked. The overcooked noodles is forgivable, but they should have seen that my noodles were plain since they were just white with no sauce. We will definitely not be going back. There are way too many other thai restaurant options in the Valley to deal with that service and quality.
Clean place, delicious food new favorite spot.
