November 2021: Did not get full cup for my order. Employee said it was due to larger cups being used since they could not get company cups. The cups had the Jamba Juice logos on them.

Amazing and healthy Protein Berry Workout smoothie! They made it perfectly. Substitute soy for Almond milk, and add an extra protein scoop, gets even better. Not sweet at all, just perfect for people who build muscle.
there's an employee that work at this location his name is Brandon M. long story short. before paying for her drinks my wife ask this gentleman " where do I put phone number for my rewards " he answered with a sarcastic tone of voice: " you have to put your phone number on that little machine , WE DO NOT READ MINDS " .the audacity right? no worries, got y'all an easy fix, not even a mile away from this location there's another Jamba Juice located at 6441 Canoga Ave, Woodland Hills, CA 91367.
I was very disappointed to experience such a bad customer service after going to this place for over 3 years. I do not want to point fingers but customer service should be at its best at all times. I understand that people have bad days but please make sure that your customers don't get bad service. Thank you .
