Let me start by saying that you can smell the dressh barbecue when you open the door! I was greeted and seated immediately. You can see TV from like 85% of the restaurant. Which is good, because I wanted to watch NFL football on Thursday night. Keyona was our waitress. She was amazing! if we got a question or seemed to not know next to something she was more than willing to help us. Very patient. Checked out us often. Our food was served on time. The food had a smell. Their burgers were good. Salads umm umm good. The bathroom is very clean. The atmosphere was/very family friendly. And the price was very good. $16 for a burger of choice and 1 side was good. The hamburger was great! You can add salad for $4. 95. The salad was big. All in all, I left very overwhelmed and pleased.
This place is MOSTLY great.It depends on who takes the order and has willingness to pass along the order to the kitchen staff so they prep the food right.So it's a hit/miss kinda thing.Every once in a while they messed up the order.. so make sure you check before you drive away!
Awesome staff.never had a problem here.theyre on point with the in app orders and if they run out of anything they make it all better.
Order number 133 of 1/25/22Employee named viviana gave me an unprofessional attitude. First of all they were throwing things at each other ketchup, frys, and laughing while i was waiting for food... and then viviana forgot to give me my drink so i had to comeback and wait in line... when i approached the window she was starring in my eyes non stop and handed me the drink... she was very u profewsional dressed like she like a hobo and giving me ugly looks after failing!?!?!? What type of loosers does this business hire!?!?!?
Viviana who works there during the graveyard shift is very unprofessional and needs to be replaced.She was playing around while my food was already in front of her. She was throwing food at coworkers back and forth and then she forgot to give my drink... When i came back after waiting in line she gave me a nonverbal attitude like she doesnt care... Fire her or i wont shop at this store ever again!
i dont know if its just me but every time i go they always rush you any else you say what you want then any thing else its like chill then they get your order wrong no ham and guess what they put ham like really
Drive true service is finebut don't go inside the restaurant because they will just ignore you especially in the afternoon
