Went here to get midnight meal, two older gentleman working that shift. One didn't give me any napkins, two didn't put the sauce on the burger. The new Grilled Chicken and lastly they said they were out of tacos but then switched and said we are cleaning so we can't make them. I bought my meal June 11th around 12:30 AM. I get if you don't want to work at night but at least do your job correctly.
Horrible customer service. Cashier was upset I walked if they accepted Apple Pay. Took payment and was trying to rush me out the drive through while forgetting part of my order.I was looking for the receipt so I can place the cashiers name on here but looks like he didn’t provide one either.
Manager I liked, but the staff doesn't look happy to work, gets mad easily, and just doesn't understand how to do their jobs. And I order a chicken bowl and it was full of sauce and chicken tasted un cooked and the way it looked it seemed to of been spit on. Nope wont come here again. The staff gets mad because I a make a special order.
Most of the workers are friendly. There are one or two that are Managers and they are very rude and very unprofessional.....the rudest guy manager work's the night shift usually and he is the WORST ! VERY LAZY AND JUST MEAN!
Purchased 2 meals and 2 extra burgers and they only gave us 2 ranch sauces ?? I asked for 2 more and guy wanted to charge me extra?? I had no cash was not about to pay 50 cents with my debit card. Very rude if he’s the manager good luck!! Never going back to this location. Recent reviews are bad as well. What happened to customer service????
They don't honor the lobby hours, open when they feel like. Posted to open 8:00 am, sometimes not open till 8:30am. Useless to place mobile order when you still wait in long drive through line. One on Victory opens lobby at 6:00 am
Today I had a bad costumers service at this Jack in the Box. I had ordered a combo a chicken tenders. But when I got my food, they gave me the chicken Sandwich combo. I got up and told the lady it’s was the wrong order. And she didn’t offer to change my meal or give my money back.
Fries and nuggets very fresh and tasty
It is what it's supposed to be - fast food & even with good variety. The other bonus is that they accept food stamps. I really enjoyed being able to give myself a little bonus for my 60th birthday.
100% as expected.Service was a bit slow, but it was late and they do what they can.Food was prepared well and the right temperature, so I'm happy.
