L.a County guidelines allow no masks now yet only place in the whole mall that made me put a mask on just to order.Edit:so you guys arent a restaurant? Then what is this place every other place in the mall does not require as i checked with owners at other places in the mall and got confirmation from other employees as i saw most employees not wearing masks. You guys are renters and not allowed to go above the malls discretions. I even asked security when i walked in and they also confirmed it was reccomended but no longer required
So they lied to me by saying they have some decaffeinated positions in the menu. They sold me just a regular caffeinated tea
My fiancée loves her Thai Tea from here. Since we were shopping inside the mall, this Boba Time location was convenient for us. When we got to the place, they had a long line for just ordering because they only had 2 employees working. I think we waited in line for about 15 minutes and then it took another 15 minutes for the drink to come out. They closed indoor dining likely due to covid so it's understandable. The Thai Tea came out great and my fiancée loved it.
The boba drinks good. The macaroons are yummy for tarro and coconut flavor, but the strawberry cheese thing is awful, the bread yummy but the cream taste sour, they have to do quality control to make sure everything is still fresh.
I wish they had the place open for dining, they need to be nicer, customer service is my number 1 they don't have that but overall is ok.
These folks were there around the 4 stars category. Over the last few months, things have gone significantly south! Their food menu is gone where their chicken/fries et al were solid....and they are only the drink shop!! Now that's not particularly bad but they are losing their edge on the drinks that made them popular in the first place. The staff seem uninterested, the drinks are off instructions and the charm of this place, well lost!! The Umi hot dog place though not top of its class seems better for a quick bite & the Cereal Twister store diagonally across has an interesting set of menu items!! It's Boba has to decide whether it wants to come back strong or it simply isn't their "time"!! Good luck guys
Unfortunately, if you’re a black person of color I wouldn’t recommend coming here. I was extremely disrespected by the employees and denied service by two ladies working the front. I asked multiple times if I could place an order and they instead ignored me, and when I asked again they yelled at me to hold on while they ran to the back for about 10 minutes. After that I decided it would be best to leave, wouldn’t want to risk a strand of hair or spit in my drink. I recommend the manager really just take time to just properly give sensitivity training to their employees. Last thing I wanted to do today was get treated like a different species just because I wanted some boba…
This place is hella good! Everyone here be so polite, kind and they make drinks hella fast. I love there Tiger Sugar MT, Coconut Strawberry and Earl Grey.
Love the mixed Fruit tea with fruits. Thai tea is great too.
It was awful the people that take your Oder was rude and when you get your drink they throw the straws at you and they took to long all they did was talk this was today at 6:35 there was three girls working there the cashier didn’t do great at her job and the white girl through the straws not polite of her never coming again
