Bunch of kids as employees, playing and kidding with each other and sometimes paying attention to the customers in their spare times. Homeless people are everywhere, toilet and dinning area, eating people leftovers from trash cans, touching everything things, soda and ketchup dispensers.No, thanks, I'm not going back here anymore.
I go to In & Out whenever my grandkids are in town. They live out of state & there isn't any available there. They love it. The Staff is nice, helpful, & very cooperative about special requests on each burger order. My husband loves the secret menu items & always requests the protein animal style. The only thing I don't like is this place that we go to is always busy with a huge drive-in line.
Omg as always fresh and bumbalicious. Not to mention their is 10 out of 10. Wow we love it. It's like they train their employees to the fullest. Any In and Out it's the same customer service.
Horrible service.The first window repeated my order and i even double checked at the second window to still be given the wrong order.Fries under cooked and burgers well done.This location needs training bad.
never go back to this store anymore, walk in today at 11.18 am , i purchase 1 burger and one coffee i was order #14 first person and 2 person behind me, #16 get his large order in 5 minutes, they make me wait until 11.35 maybe 15 implies running for outside orders, finally manager come he and girl both lost they ident know what happen, my order suppose be for inside they come up with a bag and than the coffee was missing , i ask my money and walk out i m diabetes and i cant eat when I'm getting nerves, horrible branch. ???
I never really cared for their food. The shakes are good. I'm not one for cold sloppy soggy burgers. Never had a bad experience at any of the locations I have visited, IMO they're not that great.
Impossible not to love in-n-out. The place takes you back to the past and the food Is the absolute best. If your first time, try #1 with animal style fries and a vanilla shake.
We usually stop here every year before we go see the lights on candy cane Lane. As usual the driver thru lines are long but nice really fast. Food was excellent and for the first time I changed it up and got the burger with peppers. I highly recommend it!
I haven't eaten meat in 6 years. I do now and I tried a burger from here. It was ok not bad. Very heavy and greasy. The fries are ok some weren't cooked all the way so that sucks. I ordered my burger well done but parts were still pink. Props to the employees because kids were running around screaming and the chairs squeek naaaasty high pitch. Ouuuuff erks me too think about it. I had my food to go.
Always great food and excellent service. The only major corporation these days who still keeps their prices down.
