My visit at this branch was my first time but rest assured that its going to be the last time!I came afternoon, not at the busy hours, the restaurant line , just to place an order, was so long that the guest had to wait OUTSIDE THE RESTAURANT STRUCTURE.A lot of employees that shouting, laughing, joking and not impressed from the long line, the angry customers, the dirty floors&tables and the fact that I could easily counted at least 10 complaints and order issues from different customers not including myself (while I was sitting in the restaurant).This is a shame and an excellent example HOW NOT TO RUN A RESTAURANT!I will also post this review on Google.
Terrible, the wait is always long because there's neither enough people nor are they experienced with using their card machine. Always locked so you have to wait in a long drive through. Food was cold as if they had already preprepared it but then why did it take so long? Avoid this location.
The service supost start at 10am , I wast at the door at 1040 , waths the real time??they are inside wath its the matter.,
Horrible experience all the time never have anything available short on staff closed inside due to no cashiers. I order drive thru they didn’t give me any salsas no straw and even no lid on the plate it was cover with foil paper. Last time a while ago they had no beans today no churros they have the sign for black beans and they say they don’t carry black beans no more. There was some people who order online had to go to the drive thru window because they close inside. Corporate needs to do something quick or close if they don’t have supplies and staff. My pollo bowl didn’t even have cilantro.
The worst! Most slowest workers I have ever witnessed, a whole new change of staff is needed. If you see a big line at the drive thru, turn back while you can, you will wait the biggest wait time possible.
I placed an online order on App on 3/31/22 for pick-up, I tried going inside doors are locked I knocked, I got in the long drive thru line, after 15 mins passed and 2 cars moved with 6 cars still ahead of me i wasn't going to wait 30 mins more, so I tried canceling on the App which App said only by calling restaurant directly which I did for the past 30 minutes with no answer I even complained on corporate Twitter account and still they didn't care to respond. I want my money back asap
Horrible service. I ordered online and went to pick it up. I asked the cashier lady working about my order, and she stated she would get it and then proceeded to fix 3 other customers' orders, including another online order that was ordered after mine. When I asked a different lady, she looked, and my order had been ready and sitting on the counter the whole 30 minutes I was asking and waiting. Then, when I received my order, one of the orders was incorrect. There were at least 5 or 6 people working. No excuse for the cashier lady rude behavior. This happened on 3.8.22 at 524pm.
WORST SERVICE EVER!! I GAVE ONE STAR FOR THE FOOD ITSELF. MANAGER DO NOT CARE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.BUSSINES CLOSED NO REASON WHY.
Total ? trash, extremely low quality food
Trash service. The last three times I’ve come here through the drive through they’ve either gotten my order wrong or forgotten something. Today I ordered food and they forgot half of my whole order. I tried calling them several times but no answer. If your order here ever comes incomplete do not even try calling, they don’t care and will not answer. This restaurant would be better off shut down than the dumpster fire that it is now.
