Went at 7 pm and everything looked old and cold.
OMG this branch is so bad . There was a big piece of hard meat in my dish It was inedible. It is only useful for dog food. This was the second and last time I bought food from the food court topanga mall.

They messed my order up, multiple times i asked for steak and they still managed to mess it up & i overheard they forgot to charge someone too. Someone should be supervising these people because they’re clueless.

Service wasn't bad I visit this place twice I had a good experience the first time. The second time my experience improved the person who got my order ask how can he help I give him the order he apparently was not in a good mood but he did his part then when the second person continue with my order she asked what type of toppings I would like with a friendly manner she finished the order and ask if I need anything to let her know.The cashier asked me if I would like a drink or any chips with a friendly manner.Food flavor wise is really good it has a good taste.I would recommend it.
Food is good. If you get the basic bowl it's good. If you take extra meat they charge $3 almost but barely put any extra meat. That's a ripoff. Also, there were offers but the employees out here won't tell you unless you tell them to apply that offer.
I’m a chipotle customer for a long time, but whenever I had an order from this specific location, there’s something wrong happened because they’re so cheap and in this pandemic situation instead they try to keep more business they’re bargaining and arguing with me as a customer to charge me 0.25 extra for a piece of tortilla that I never seen that in the different chipotle stores.
