I love this place ❤️ I've been going here got years, and I have no complaints. As a vegan, they have a full vegan menu with food made to order fresh every time. They are always welcoming and even ask how the grandkids are. You can't lose with great food and a friendly staff.??

They have the best jalapeno fried chicken wings here. Noodles are pretty good too
A great place, everything was good but the place was a bit messy
I lived in the area 20+ years ago. Moved back to this neighborhood in 2021 and found China Express was still here. Still my go to place for Chinese food. Everything is delicious and portions are generous. There is more to the menu than what you see in the trays. Make sure to look at the back wall and if you make a selection, there is a wait, but worth it. The staff is friendly and this place is always kept nice and clean. Glad to be back!
Talk about a true gem of a place. This place serves some of the best fried chicken in LA and you wouldn’t even know by the Great China Express sign.The Chinese food is okay here, but the fried chicken is truly something special. They make it fresh so be prepared to wait, but my goodness the wait is worth it. Juicy chicken, fries, coke and wontons for all under $10.Great bang for your buck, delicious, and worth every penny. Call me a huge fan of this place and there amazing chicken.
I love their food! Obviously much better than Panda Express ?... they put plenty of food on your plate, it tastes very good!
I love their food! You get your money's worth with their portions. There's no peanut in the kung pao which is awesome for people with allergies.
Came here alot before now food taste different like bo taste at all. Maybe its us but really idk what's going on also food wasnt cooked all the way
No flavor in the food. I ordered House Fried Rice and extremely bland. I also ordered General Tso chicken and I was told its really sweet & sour. I asked for hot oil and got a side of chilli sauce. I ordered 2 egrolls which were very small and was not made with eggroll ingredients plus the inside was not cooked & was gooey.I am spoiled to have lived with that community and homemade food.Very disappointed.
