I tried this restaurant for the first time and wasn't pleased at all. The line was not that long but still took forever to order. Once my order was taken by MEGAN i pulled up to the drive thru window and the employee wasn't sure what my order was. He asked what was my order i gave him the name and the order and asked if it was for a Maria I said no he then said they were still working on my order. I ordered 2 of the 4ct chicken tender combos and 1 spicy chicken deluxe combo and a frosted coffee. I got home only to realize that I was missing 1 of my 4ct chicken tenders and a soda. I tried calling the store right away and no answer and left a voice mail and it's been about 3hrs now and I haven't heard back from them at all nor has management picked up any of my calls still.....
This is the worst chick fil a I have been to. I waited in the driver through for over 20 minutes, and there was only one person in front of me. The customer in front of me was being difficult and I understand that there is only so much an employee can do. However, what bothers me is the fact that when I got to the window to ask what the issue was the employee Camila explained to me that the man was very difficult and there wasn't much they could do, " we can't force him to move." She offered no apology for the long wait and had a condescending attitude. As well, the manager Josie never came to the window to offer any kind of apology. This type of customer service is not what you would expect at Chick FIL A. WILL NOT COME BACK TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT. Beware of the lack of customer service here...
I got the runs because the spicy chicken was so spicy and then I lost my appetite because some kid that works there was showing off with another girl driving fast in the parking lot and crashed against two cars. Smh
Me and my aunt and my cousin were going through the drive thru at this place and when we were about to get our food there was an older man who handed us our food, about 40-49 years old who started staring at me. I am a 11 year old MINOR. He just keep staring at me. I was In th3 back seat. It was so creepy. He was licking his lips as well. This is just GROSS. I felt very disturbed.
Simply the best burgers in town. I come here when I want good meat :) Buns, meat, potatoes, sauces are all excellent. Nice environment. Large selection of beer. The prices are as they should be for a good burger. Everything comes fresh straight from the open kitchen. Very tasty lemonades!
Loved the vibe of this location especially. Staff was beyond welcoming. And of course the food as fresh and delicious as it always is.
I go to chik fil a lot and returned to this location since moving to Simi and it was very sub par. Flat coke, overcooked fries, dry chicken, stale bun, and wilted lettuce. No thanks.
This is the first time I’ve went to chick fil a and the workers wasn’t nice to me. I wanted a breakfast sandwich and a fruit cup. It was 9:30 and they didn’t prepare the fruit cups in a medium size and she told me to buy a large. Huh! I didn’t want to pay more than I planned too. Not only that why isn’t everything prepared! I was moved cause I had to go to the gym on a empty stomach due the employees not doing their job and my busy morning. I said nevermind and the girl frankly didn’t care. I Left with nothing, so sad.
I use this location regularly. Ordering through the app and picking up from here is so easy and so convenient. The app also keeps me updated with what is going on at this location. The employees are always so quick and efficient. My orders are always correct and getting in and out of this location is easy.
The new place is fire i love Chick filA n mad closer to where I stay now, they r in the same location where the old Denny's used ta b n Rite Aid n Vons...tbh, not to thrilled on all the new reconstruction of the block but it is wut it is... Enjoyy
