Ricardo was my server at the drive thru on Saticoy and Winnetka. He argued with me about using more than one coupon and was laughing when I told him I do this all the time. I ask to have it rang up separately and he says can't do that. So I ask if I come inside and place a separate order can I do that. He and the lady working with him both said no you cannot use another coupon. Both laughing. Then proceeded to say that's exactly why you can't do it any more you've done it too much in the past. Then I look at his name tag he says yes it's Ricardo and make sure you get it right and proceeds to spell it. Still laughing.
Today I stop to order just a decaf coffee and the lady on the DT was so rude and she said “they don’t sell coffee”
They messed up my order. I think I ended up with someone else's order. Oh well. Maybe next time they'll do better.
Pleasantly content today I came to Carl's Jr and experienced one of the best customer service attendance that I received in any of my fast food restaurants. The young lady at the counter had a very happy smile and greeted us with really good vibes I appreciate her taking of our order and patience with our decisions. I highly recommend this Carl's Jr
Tatted up high-school drop out with attitude, I was waiting for almost 10 mins to place my order dine in and none of the employees acknowledged me to even say hello welcome to Carl's Jr can you please give us a min. When I do ask for service by saying excuse me are yall taking walk in ( cus you never know maybe they weren't) female employees catches attitude and says can you wait like I haven't been standing there
Been going here for two years and never had any issue. Lately however they have horrible staff. The night shift is a joke I waited for them to take my order for 5 mins and no one greeted me so I drive up to the window and no one was there even tho the place was clearly open. I called four times and finally all three employees came out from the back laughing. No one was wearing a headset, none of them apologized and seemed frustrated that I interrupted them.
