I orderer at 9:20PM online for pickup. It says it will be ready in 25 minutes. When we got there, around 9:55PM the store was closed. My card was billed. I had to call for a refund. The person I spoke to didn't even apologize. He said I'll get my refund in 2 days.It has been 10 days. No refund still. I called again and the guy said he can't do much about it because they are a franchise and the online ordering is corporate. What kind of answer is that? So am I just supposed to accept that I got billed for something I didn't received? Where did my payment go?
GREAT chicken wings
The phone is disconnected and I’ve been waiting well over an hour ordered at 6:20 it’s 7:45 where is my order?UPDATE: Order never arrived !!!Don’t waste your time ordering here
Great Service and Pizza
I would say, they have one of the best pizzas in the area with affordable prizes. They have a wide variety of flavors, plus you can create your own. Just be mindful when you create your own pizza, the more toppings you add, the higher the price gets. They also have the giant pizza at 36", which was a lot and I mean a lot. Don't forget about their wings, which are really good too. Bone in or boneless, they are both great. And just like any other pizzeria, they have promos and bundles for their pizzas and other items on their menu. A bonus is that their staff here are very kind. Will for sure order again
Pizza was ok.
Great staff and the new owner is the best.
first time ordering - will be ordering again! Delicious sauce and cooked well done as requested
All kinds of crusts from paper thin to loaf of bread thick! We were impressed.
Ordered a 3 topping regular crust medium pizza, crust cooked medium well; cost $17. Delivered. What I received was a ‘tough as cardboard’ thin crust difficult to eat travesty. The crust (tasteless) was so tough, after a difficult 2 slices my jaw was so tired, I couldn’t eat anymore. Also there was so little cheese, no cheese strings when you pull out a slice. In fact there’s no cheese taste, the only taste is sauce and olives. I had Big Mamas back in the 90s, good then but the new owners obviously have ZERO CLUE how to make an edible pizza. Can only imagine their pasta dishes taste like rubber. Another restaurant crossed off my list forever!
