Called on order. They didn’t start until I got there.Took another 30 min for a small order of wings ,they were helping other people. I understand Spanish, so they weren’t aware I knew what they were talking about.Lots of employers that don’t help customers or care to answer questions. Had 5 customers been helped before my order. Then It was ready and they didn’t came my name. Never again. Will drive more to another location

Stopped by for 70 cent wings, BBQ and Cajun flavors. I'll be back soon.

They were extremely busy (niners playoff game). That being said they did give a bit of extra food to make up for the wait which was appreciated.

Love wingstop HATE this location. I just so happen to live where this is and it's literally the only Wingstop near me so I've tolerated them. In the past when I ordered from them, the lemon pepper wings were literally doused in so much seasoning, it was so salty, peppery and lemony I couldn't even eat them. I've also ordered hickory barbecue wings and on several occasions my wings are literally swimming in barbecue sauce. So much sauce that it looks like I ordered barbecue sauce soup. I've never complained, or taken food back, I've just tried to make the best out of what I was given, but after tonight I won't be returning. I'd rather drive across town then revisit this place.I called to order a Family meal, at 7:20 PM tonight. These people left me on hold for almost 15 minutes. I wasn't upset, I just figured maybe they were busy because of the holiday. So I headed to the restaurant to order in person, only to find that they were closing for the night. I was told by the employee that they closed at 8 PM because of New Year's Eve. Which I totally understand the employees going home early to celebrate with loved ones. My issue was that they intentionally left me on hold for so long, figuring that I would just eventually hang up, (which I did.) And when I would finally call back, they would be closed and didn't have to take my order. I definitely understand them wanting to get out of there and go home, just didn't think it was ok to treat a paying customer that way.When I spoke with the manager Angel, he very sarcastically and nonchalantly kept saying "sorry." Shrugging his shoulders. Looking at me dead in my face, ultimately saying he didn't give a damn. He never addressed me being left on hold for so long he just kept saying there's nothing he could do because the kitchen was closed. I was well aware of the fact that they wouldn't be able to cook my food for me at this point. My issue was they had inconvenienced me and made a mistake with a paying customer. I thought they would maybe do something to rectify this issue. When I communicated this he literally laughed in my face and sarcastically said no we don't do anything like that here.I agree with other reviewer's that the employees and management do not care about customers at all.

Great service, usually pretty quick. Always great wings! Recommend a visit!

Missed half of our order. Then try and call no answer so now we had to drive back and reorder which yes 30 minutes later.... And no online support to assist with refund or reordering.

Wings felt like they were cooked a long time prior and reheated. Sauce application was terrible and lazy.

Floor is filthy. The Blue Cheese Old, and Tasted Very Tainted and Gross and It had been Out Too Long.

How is it that a restaurant doesnt offer change for 20$. Just pathetic.

If I could give it ZERO stars I would. They don't care AT ALL about their customers. We have ordered from the website many times, and the order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. This time, they left out Blue Cheese sides. Last time they left out the fries. When I called and asked to speak to the owner, the person answering the phone said "he isn't here very much" and that the "manager just quit yesterday" and the person I was talking to "had another job so he wasn't there that much" but he was in charge. He didn't care at all about finding out what was wrong with my order, or fixing it. If I could order from a different Wingstop I would but they on the website you are limited to the closest location. Such a shame that they can't get every order right. Isn't it their JOB to check each order before it gets packed for delivery? They would if they cared at all about customers, but clearly they now if the order is being delivered, the recipient isn't going to bring the whole order back to ask for a refund for missing items.
