Customer service was not good. The whole time they did not even acknowledge us customers. They assumed we wanted a cup,and not a cone, didn’t ask. (so they definitely lost money) They also skimped with the ice cream scoops. We definitely got less ice cream than cone. Ice cream is good but pricey for the amount of ice cream given.

One star for the nice and pleasant girl, who took our orderAnd another star for location at beautiful plaza full of peopleThe ice cream itself a bit pricey: one had 3 scoops of different flavors, another - one scoop and and waffle cone - all together cost 17,50That would be ok, but taste totally not worth it! In fact, I didn't like any of my 3 flavors: blue jasmine, cookie monster and salted butter butterscotch. Lavender custard with wild blueberries was okI won't be back here#TinPotIceCream#IceCreamCalifornia

Good flavor but weird texture.I got the Brownie Batter speciality ice cream. I was _really_ in the mood for ice cream and it sounded very good. The flavor was excellent, very chocolaty and rich. The texture was very icy, rather than creamy. There were some creamy bits, but there were a lot of slushy/Icy chunks scattered through it

I was pleasantly surprised at how good the ice cream was and how many unique flavors they have. The server was also nice and friendly.

Tin Pot Creamery is great. Just came across this ice cream shop a few weeks ago and went back a couple times to try different flavors.I love their unique flavors, especially the coconut with Pandan and the brownie batter.Their ingredient list is also on the "cleaner" side which I appreciate. They also offer vegan flavors.

We ran into this cute store hoping to enjoy some ice cream. A) the server looked very disinterested, unhappy in helping out B) we decided to try the mango sticky rice with coconut pandas ice cream. .My first bite was the ice cream and it was delicious but the rice was hard like rock . I tried again hoping to get a better portion but no kept biting into the rock like rice . I then approached the server and she said lot of people have complained about this item and personally she wouldn’t have ordered it . Alas i left with my refund disappointed ?

Tin Pot Creamery is so good!! They make different flavors most of the time and have a few of the same staples, but they make it all from scratch with excellent ingredients. And you can definitely taste this when you eat the ice cream.Today I tried the cheesecake with almond chocolate crumble, and it tasted like a slice of cheesecake, so smooth and creamy. They also make the delicious waffle cones and have waffle cone cups so you can have a scoop and a cup and not miss the cone.

Considering one scoop costs about $6, anybody should expect quality but this was not the case today. I got a scoop of coffee with toffee and cocoa nibs. What I got was a mild coffee flavor and small pieces of ice crystals… like when you leave a pint of ice cream in the freezer for too long and it develops an ice layer (freezer burn). Disappointing. Maybe the other flavors were not freezer burned, but how would you know ? They do not allow sampling. You have play Hit and Miss :/Honestly, if you are craving ice cream just go to Trader Joe’s (it is in the same plaza) and get a box of something. $6 of anything would give you enough to share with friends.

I ordered the butter pecan, and this was the worst tasting butter pecan ice cream I’ve had. It didn’t have any flavor at all to it. It was extremely sugary and very disappointing.Like everyone else has said, you do pay a ton of $$$ for a very small scoop :(

Huge let down. A classic case of high-handed marketing not backed up by the product. While the taste options sound intriguing, the ice cream from Tin Pot is neither creamy, nor are the flavor experiences consistent with the promise of their names. We had 3 flavors (pumpkin almond toffee, snickerdoodle cookie & chocolate sorbet); ALL had too much salt and insufficient flavor intensity from the namesake. Worse, the sorbet had chunks of ice in it.On a Sunday evening, only 4 of the dozen or so tubs were still available, the rest stood empty. Yet the salesperson was unapologetic, "Well it's been a busy weekend!" Like it was my fault that I showed up on a Sunday night expecting to see available inventory as promised on their website. To pay $9.75 for 3 scoops of sub-standard ice cream in flavors I didn't love (would have loved Pumpkin had the flavors delivered) was to add insult of the store employee's insolent attitude to the injury of my taste buds. No. Won't visit again
