Ordered 2 burgers to go from this location and when we got home we found both burgers were still raw inside. Had to throw them away to avoid possible food poisoning. We went back to try and correct the issue and upon speaking to a Manager he explained they could not remake the burgers nor give a refund. We went hungry that night and didn’t even get a refund after taking the time to go back and try to correct the issue. This is not how a business should run. Needless to say we won’t be going here again.
I had a horrible grilled chicken salad here tonight served with tiny pieces of old, cold chicken (hardly any chicken) on a bed of brown-tinged romaine and tomatoes, onions, and carrots that had seen better days. Not edible, I returned the war-torn salad for my money back.My tempura green beans were stone cold. Usually, they're nice & hot.This place used to have reliably good food. The chicken salad used to have decent-sized chunks of hot, grilled chicken. And the tempura green beans were served hot. The Yum! company bought them out a few years ago, the same folks who own Taco Bell, etc. This place is going downhill fast. Sad.
Good burgers, onion rings super crispy... soda on point. Fries not so good. Lukewarm at best. I returned them and got same. Not worth the arguement.
Friendly and fast service. We like the habit burger especially for a lunch. My favorite is Santa Barbara Chard, I can just finish half of my burger and I ask to be well cooked, Because sometimes I found my burger not well cooked. It's melting and cheesy.

I loved this so much I forgot to take pictures ? my burger was fresh and juicy and filled with plenty of lettuce. And no onion rings were so crispy and good. Burger lounge got real competition here. I INHALED my meal lol. Good job to the staff! The place is beautiful and clean. It did have a bit of a crowd but it's prolly because it was lunch time.

Went for curbside pickup. They texted me that my order was ready and I confirmed that I was outside. Then I waited for more than 10 minutes. I finally walked in and they said that the order just became ready. But the french fries were cold by then.
My first time eating here and I was impressed with the cleanliness of the restaurant. The employees and cook worked in harmony with each other. We had the patty melt and fries and both were delicious. The fries were better than the competition. 2 thumbs up for this burger place.
Had the original Charburger and absolutely loved it..the onion rings were a perfect compliment to it
