Awful experience!Rude staff and they messed my order upIf I’m paying for something I would like to get something similar to my item at the very least.If you don’t want to work properly just quit lol it’s simple as that.

Like what others said, just make the 10 minute drive to go to any other place than this. Been here twice and both times my order was wrong. Last time I ordered 18 dollars in lunch for me and my coworker and since I'm only given 30 minutes I couldn't check my order right there in the drive through, but when I got back I received 2 bean burritos. No sour cream on 4 Taco Supremes. Regular Pepsi tasted like diet, no sugar.

Manager was incompetent and unable to help with order (apps) and had poor customer service skills. Only response- "I don't know anything about the app". Also no way to contact the store because the phone was either not working or employees don't answer. Manager would not acknowledge if the phone was working or not- "It hasn't rung all night."Also food was damaged once I opened it when I got back to office to eat- what a disappointment! Poorly represents Taco Bell- unless that's the image they want to present. Contact me to make it right-
The drive through line was long so I went inside. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes and there was no one there to take my order. The employees were all working on the drive-through. So I went back to the long drive-through line. The food was good, once I got it.One more thing... I order the chicken power bowl which comes with beans and rice. It wish Icould substitute beans for the rice (getting all beans and no rice). It's unfortunate that Taco Bell has NO flexibility for substitutions.
My step dad was schedule for surgery. The day before he wanted (a) taco..He's 91..So i go to Taco bell..1st they only take care of 1 car at a time..from the time they order to the time they actually give them their order before they take the next cars order...So after 20 mins..i ordered 1 crunchy Taco..when i went to pay..Using $20 the cashier got distrubed over using a $20 for 1.85 ..So to be nasty about it..he gave me 18 dollars in ones back..then when i said you're going to give me all ones back..He said yep...Next time i'll go to Taco bravo..better service and better tacos..
