I usually come here in the morning for coffee and occasionally the Turkey Bacon, egg white muffin. The morning crew is surprisingly upbeat, alert, and fast. The store appearance is always neat and clean. Location is perfect because I hate Orchard city coffee or whatever it's called. My breakfast sandwich was portioned right. I hate feeling pressured to eat a large sandwich especially in the morning. The turkey bacon doesn't overwhelm the bread and the egg white is a nice little patty. My coffee is either a hit or a miss. Sometimes I get the buzz I'm looking for sometimes I don't but that is how it is with regular coffee drinkers lol anyway nice nice to the staff

I ordered online but came to the wrong store, while the bartender said she could still make the drink for me, super appreciate it, saved me a lot of time!The store looks clean and bright, will definitely stop by again.
I live a block from this Starbucks so of course I want to give them my business! But every time I've been in I am so disappointed by the customer service. They are just down right rude. This last time I went in I was bummed that they were yet again out of the impossible sausage breakfast sandwiches. I was kinda frustrated so I did say man you guys are always out of these! She replied in a nasty passive aggressive tone with a scowl on her face that they are a busy store. I canceled my drink order and told her that her behavior was awful and I walked out. The employees just seem really unhappy and it makes for a terrible experience. Almost like we are a bither to them. I definitely will not be going back to this location.
$5 for a supposedly medium cup coffee that is filled up only 1/4th and the rest all froth. When I questioned the quantity, the answer I got was is that since it's a cappuccino I ordered, the quantity is what it is!!

Everyone was very friendly however, I ordered ahead through the app and it didn't let me add cream cheese, when I got there I asked and was charged. I understand however I feel it would have been a nice courtesy this one time to just give the 75 cent cream cheese instead of having me go to the register after already ordering.
