New store, friendly staff, owner. Order was ready for pickup on time. Prepared per instructions and applicable discount was applied by the cashier even though there was a calculation error. Extra Kudos for honesty.
Do yourself a favor and go to a different location. There are a few more near by and all of them are better. Every single one, every single time. I eat this pizza 1-2 times a week and know that it's not a fluke, it is just how this franchisee runs this restaurant.
I paid for extra sauce and cheese and the pizza had neither. It was actually less than regular from my usual Mountain Mikes. Manager refused to acknowledge their mistake. The crust is doughy with hardly any toppings. Some pieces didnt even have toppings on it. they even made me come outside to get it even though it took them over an hour for delivery. The worst mountain mikes pizza period.
Gave my order to another person because we both had the same name and then they wanted me to keep an order that wasn't even mine.They should be more organized and why didn't they use the order number instead, I don't blame the pizza I blame the workers.
Great customer service. My pizza was hot and just what I ordered. They offered cheese and red pepper. Usually you have to ask the other pizza places. Very efficient employees.
2 hours to get an order. Said 45 minutes. Arrived cold and undercooked. Called 3 times. Save your money and time.
