Great service and food and drinks
Very good food and good service!!
Had a brunch on a weekday here and got seated quickly since it normally isn't too busy. We ordered the battered cauliflower, the steak and huevos, and the chilaquiles. Service and food were great! Definitely a good place to go for breakfast/lunch if you're trying to avoid the crowded dinner time. Will be coming back!
Great service, big portions, food was delicious
The server was very friendly and efficient. The food was quite good, but the portion size was rather small, especially considering the price. Not your typical Mexican burrito. The chips are especially good. They have indoor seating, outdoor seating with heat lamps, and outdoor seating beyond that, without the heat lamps. The atmosphere (inside, anyways) is loud and party-ish. All in all, a fun place to eat.
I have lived in California for 18 years, since I married an american. Every day we go for coffee/tea in the afternoon and work online. One of my favorite areas is Pruneyard, from the cafeteria that we like to observe the movement of people in the restaurant in front of us. Everyone left the tables with faces of satisfaction and that made me feel curious. In January we were on vacation in Mexico and I loved all the dishes that I tried, so this week we went to try Luna.We sat in the outside patio area where there are many tables, the service was fast and the staff very attentive and professional. The chips - homemade warm with a great flavor - and salsa arrived without asking for them, nice touch. Then what we ordered: Sweet potato - Camote - to share, tacos for my husband and a protein bowl for me. All delicious and abundant. Even better than the food we tried in Sayulita.I can't wait to go back for another lunch or dinner to remember.I highly recommend this place.
Decent Mexican restaurant, the complementary chips with salsa and a green sauce was great. The texture of the chips and sauces were fresh and crisp. The main entree however, was lackluster. I got a chicken bowl (with guacamole, greens, pepitas, charred lime, corn, no rice, extra beans). While the flavors were great, the addition of pickled red onions were nice, and the chicken has a smokey char to it - overall, it was...average.Beautiful interior, and place to take family and friends. Other than that, it's....very average.
What a gem!Food is fantastic, beautiful plating and the service is great (yes, long line)Try Paloma cocktail: served in chilled clay cups, very refreshing and just gorgeous to look at.
Excellent upscale Mexican food!Came here on a Friday night and seated pretty quicklyRight off the bat was given super delicious chips and salsa (iconic). Then had the Queso flameado which was so so good! I ordered the mole enchiladas which were the best I’ve had! My GF had the salmon tacos which were super high quality and fresh. Even the beans here were bomb which is key to any good Mexican spot!I have removed one star though because the hostesses were very rude and inattentive. The line to check in was so long and they were not helpful. However the waitstaff was great!Looking forward to coming back
Luna is one of the best mexican food out there. Good place to go with your friends, family and have a great time. Food is really good. Ambience is great.Big waiting times on weekends. Make sure you come early and add your name to the waitlist
