My daughter LITERALLY chocked on a long piece of hair, and manager was rude and no people skills
Kind of a bad business practice to charge for sauce (35 cents) when your Milpitas location gives them generously. Just goes to show this JitB is out to empty the pockets of richer Campbell folk.Service was mediocre (customer service rep kind of had attitude re:sauces) and my ultimate cheeseburger was delicious, but you guys lose four stars for blatant captitalism and greed. Please go to the 1740 s main st location if you don't want to get scammed.Two sauces for medium fries, an eggroll, and ultimate cheeseburger -- that's ridiculous. Maybe train your employees to better guage the food:sauce ratio and make exceptions or get rid of this practice.Please go to other Jack in the Boxes. They're more likely not to gyp you.Also I wasn't given a receipt, presumably so this location can avoid customer surveys. Please give me an opportunity to provide feedback through your official portal.
Anything but fresh or juicy, the patties were very rubbery and didnt taste authentic. I've had burgers in the past from this Jack In The Box so I didnt understand what happened.
they didn’t give me my soda and got my order wrong and didn’t even give me my fries.
They regularly miss items i have ordered. Also they regularly do not pay attention to modifications to items like no ketchup on a burger. They do have friendly staff tho at the window. Just wish the kitchen could pull it together.
Three times gave me wrong order… and today totally again wrong!!! No ice number 4 !!!!!!!
TERRIBLE Service! this place is extremely slow now! and food is cold even when you request items to be hot. But service is SO SLOW. And what kind of meat are they using for the Butter Burgers?! When they first came out they were good. Now the patty is square and does not taste like real meat? Ugggghhhhh. Had to give one star in order to post.
Take forever everyone talking outside
Decided to use the Drive Thru during the Covid-19 on a Tuesday evening about 6:30, there were Four (4) cars ahead of me in line, however it took :35 minutes to order and get our food, and then the Counter Person had the order wrong and had to exchange. The Counter person was fairly clueless when we arrived at the drive up window to get our order, she called off an order, which was not ours, when advised that was not our order, she had to go and get someone else, who came to the window, and advised what we had ordered ... it appears that they then had to make our order, we had already waited almost :30 minutes in line, to get to the drive thru window, and then had to wait while the made our order, so don't; know if they gave it to someone else, or just didn't take it. The overall quality of the food was good, but not sure we would return to this location. Also need to watch when you come out of the Drive Thru, as you exit onto "Campbell Ave" so watch to your left for on coming traffic.
Double check your order, staff consistently gets it wrong ??
