Go to literally any other Jack in the Box. They have (had?)a sign that was lit up saying open 24 hours. Lie. Tried to go another time on a Saturday night, said it was open to 2am on Google Maps. Wrong. Why can't the managers or owner of this place get those simple thing right? Sat there in the drive thru with several other people behind me to just wait over 5 minutes at the speaker for the guy to say they have one more DoorDash delivery and they are done. Judging from the 2 or 3 cars waiting behind me, they also were led to believe they were open.
Previously I rated this location 4/5. Today I have to edit that because I ordered a burger with no Mayo. It came with a mayo based product. I sent it back, and they confirmed what I had ordered, I then also clarified that I wanted no sauce. (I figured I would add my own once home). What I got back did not come with cheese or any of the produce that I would expect for the order. (the only thing wrong with the first sandwich was the Mayo). I did not have time to wait for a third attempt. So now I am eating this overpriced plain burger.
The reviews are spot on. Came here 1.25 hrs before closing time, sat in the drive through for 15m. We pulled up to the window, heard music. After sitting there another 4 minutes, we saw an employee inside. She saw us but did not acknowledge us. There are two other cars in the drive through behind us now.
The coke I got was not good. Seemed like it was mostly syrup, just way too sweet and to me not drinkable. The burgers were dry like it was way overcooked.
Went there last night 30 minutes before closing time and couldn't get served. Everything was locked up and I sat in the drive through for a bit without any response. Also in general from visits before this place usually seems to be pretty slow. It isn't uncommon to be sitting in the drive thru for 15 minutes or longer.
I was idling at the parking lot for about 10-15 mins waiting for my friend's call to place an order on the app (I personally find it easier using the app than speaking to someone at drive-thru).One of the employees came out for a smoke break and was starring at my car suspiciously. I told him that I'm going to pick up the order as soon as I receive my friend's call.After I placed the order, I drove straight up to the window mistakenly but no one acknowledged me for 5 mins. I decided to drive out. I realized I had to make a u-turn to start over the drive-thru process!The guy who served me was the employee who starred at my car suspiciously.When I asked for sauce for all my side orders (mini tacos, egg rolls, curly fries, etc) he bluntly said "for what" I gave him a ridiculous look and said "for my side orders" he then goes "which one"ok, do you not review the items before you hand out the order!?It's common sense to ask a customer "do you need any sauce or napkins?"Anyway, he dumped the sauces into my hand with full of attitude then walked away.Do you not know how to say "thank you"..??My sandwich was supposed have onion rings in it but that was missing.No napkins too, it was hellaaaaaaaa frustrating lolI am not even from the area but just wanted to surprise my friendwho loves jack in the box that lives around the corner!!We're obviously not coming back.This place is the rudest jack in the box ever lol
Another fast food place filled with people incapable of properly fulfilling a simple order.
Food was cold, frys stale, burger seemed like it had been sitting out for awhile. Guy behind the counter was to busy bullshiting on his phone to really even want to take our order
Cold tacos, no sauce, cold fries, just a horrible service. Bad service 1737 bascom avenue I ask for sandwiches this is what he served me
Food is fine but the staff are just about the rudest . This morning I wanted 2 breakfast jacks and the lady who took my order said “have a good day” and took my order in such a dry tone clearly to say she didn’t want to be here . Fine but don’t take it out on me. Then at the end I felt rushed to leave when she quickly gives me my food. As I’m leaving the staff out front start yelling at me as I head to their back door which apparently can’t be used and yet I was able to enter through it JUST fine on my way in….. they didn’t have to yell at me , they made me feel like I just took somebody else’s order . They’re so whack
