I asked them if I can get extra jalapeños to a sandwich they only put 2 jalapeños on my sandwich I went back to ask for extra and they wanted to be super rude and say there is some on my sandwich I say I know I want more. They said we can't do that ! ... I wouldn't come back
Placed an order online to pick waited 30 minutes and order still had not been made. Made my way from the hotel next door and their doors where locked. Time was 7:30am and their sign says they open at 5am. There were employees in there and no one made their way to open the door for me. Bad service
My gf and her mom went to jack in the box a couple days ago and her mom asked a simple question if they were serving breakfast and the employee rudely said “ i don’t know why don’t you guys look at the menu yourself” when they were just wondering if they were serving breakfast or not and he continued to give lots of attitude to them. Then a couple days later which was today they went again and the same employee immediately said that it was the last time they were gonna take their order and said it was their fault for it when he was being aggressive and rude which is not right bc me myself work in the food industry as a manager and there is no excuse for his behavior and for him to no longer serve people if he was the one in wrong. I expect for him to change his behavior or just leave the food industry.
They have a sign on the window that says drive thru open 24 hours and dine in until 3am, me and this other car passed thru drive thru around 1:30 am and the employee said they were closed..
This jack in the box sucks ! They didn't take my order the line moved and when I got to the window they said I had to go back thru the line . The sign was messed up as well see attached picture where the sandwich is more then the meal. Get it together !
LUIS is the absolute best! Amazing charisma, and welcoming demeanor, he made my curly fry and shake order a 10/10 with his restaurant quality service. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a great spot to eat. Thank you Luis.
2 ladies working at this loc at 6:30 am on wed oct 27 we're very awesome I had forgotten I needed an extra chicken sandwich and at the last minute they did not hesitate to help me. I would have understood if they would have made me go around but they still just said give me a second and gave me my chicken sandwich I really appreciate them and I told them I was going to be writing a good review about them
I wish I took a picture of the breakfast burrito they gave us which had a hole in it the size of my fist. They forgot the cheese on my breakfast jack.... and then when we went back to get a new burrito we arrive home and realize it's a bacon burrito instead of a sausage burrito. FAIL.
i’ve never left a review EVER in my life, but bro, the fries were literally disgusting. it looked like they were made in the oil that was older than my grandma, tasted like dirt, i’m pretty sure someone was dancing lambada on my food before giving it to me. i mean, i understand i can’t expect much from such place, but for it to be THAT bad is just sad.
Waited in the long drive thru line for 10 minutes just to get totally ignored by the person taking orders. I end up pulling up to the window to place the order and let him know they never took my order and when I asked him why he didn’t take my order , The only response I got was…get down and order inside. Thanks for wasting 20 minutes of my 30 min lunch break . If this is the kind of service I’m gonna get, I’ll just stick with McDonald’s next time. I’m done with jack in the box
