Yes the young woman (with hickeys on her neck)working today 6/22 was so rude I smiled and said hi and she rudely mumbled "hi what can I get you". Not only that but the counter was disgusting coved with food bits all over. The tall guy finishing the orders was not any nicer either. Also very slow I waited about 30 minutes that is way too long. don't come here.

I had bad experience with customer service on bascom ave, in Campbell. I ordered online but food wasn’t ready. It can be happened. But the way handled the issue by Alicia, manager was disappointed. The Pick up time was 1240pm. I was there 1242 pm and waiting for almost 10 mins. I asked Alicia about my order. She asked my name and printed out the order @1252.She never said that she was sorry and didn’t expedite my order. I had to wait for 10 more minutes after printing out my order. When food was ready she just walked away from the front and have One of employees handed it over to me. As a manager, Alicia should know how to say sorry to customers when the unexpected episodes occurred. She should learn proper Customerservice.

They don’t work dine in, they only work online order, i like to order it on person so that i can choose what i want in this doesn’t seem to work since they only work for online order , it sucks i have to go other Chipotle

4 out of 5 orders are wrong. I even put in the comments "Please include fajita veggies" but the past 4 orders come without. I cannot call and complain directly. Don't waste your time ordering for delivery from this location as they clearly cannot be bothered to read what your order includes. I will not give them another chance. Also the order I place is the same every time and somehow the portion size, burrito and bowl, is inconsistent.

I've never had a single online or call order be ready at the time they gave me. I'd suggest you go in either 15 min after their estimate or, if you want to save time, order in person. Or go to a different location, which I'll be doing.

I ordered online yesterday and when we got home our food was cold. The rice was hard and uncooked my bowl looked like there was only half a bowl nothing we ordered was good . I spent $50 for the worst food I ever had so disappointed in this location. A waste of money spent....

I will never come back to this location. In fact, I will likely skip Chipotle altogether in the future for higher quality food (ie; Taco Bell - seriously!). I showed up to pick up my order at the time noted. It was not ready. Then I was told they ran out of the meat I ordered. I accepted the alternative and took my food to go. I opened up my three taco plate to see three tortillas and about 1 ounce of meat for the whole thing. There was no sauce, no cheese, and no fajita veggies included as I ordered. I literally paid over $10 for three mini-tortillas and an ounce of steak. My wife's single taco actually came with a bit more meat on it than my order. At least it had cheese included. I don't see how a company stays in business offering such poor quality food and experience.

Made me order online when I walked in but 10 minutes later another guy walked in and was able to order in person. Got my order wrong as well.

DO NOT GO HEREThis location is going downhill fast. Do not expect good service or food here.These guys were out of half their items at 9 pm. They close at 10 pm. The children running this place planned it, and said WhooHoo when i left after hearing all the items they were out of. Poorly managed overall. Someone fire this GM please.

Avoid this location. Worst customer service ever. It seems I spoke a foreign language that they didn't understand. Never ever had that experience anywhere. Save yourself time and and go to another Chipotle location.
