Service was excellent and we loved our food.I got the paleo bowl which was delicious. We also shared the cinnamon date shake, fries and onion rings which we all enjoyed.There's nice outdoor seating.Parking is the only thing that can be a bit tricky.
This place around lunch time on a weekday is your best bet in freshness and timeliness especially if you want to sit down and enjoy your food for a burger joint. The pictures are a tad deceiving considering that the bun is what makes up the burger more than a equal amount of ingredients that goes with it. For the price of a "artisan" burger that doesn't come with fries it's actually kinda small. ( I finished my burger quickly albeit full but that included my half-n- half fries/ onion rings...small fries + burger was 16 bucks) the cheese melted to the patty so much it was translucent color and didn't have the thickness to compliment the rest of the burger. The "half n half" is actually natural cut fries which included a lot of small "chip like" strings and in texture with only a few onion rings instead of a equal amount to match the fries. The crispiness of the onion rings actually scratched the roof of my mouth but they tasted so good I didn't even care. Lol. However, the customer service was outstanding! The appearance of the place was neat and clean and modern. Plenty of seating...my food came out fresh and hot and in a timely manner. It's not a bad place however it doesn't really add up to its hype and especially for the price.
Really nice staff. Good fries but the burger was lacking savoryness. All visible staff were wearing masks. They had a wonderful man wiping down counters and everything the guests usually touch. The food is reasonable prices as well. Overall it was a great experience.
No wait for dinner. Turn around time maybe 15 minutes. Friendly staff. A little high on the prices ,but worth it The grilled chicken was moist and just the right amount
A big winner for vegans with great burger selections! Quality ingredients goes into all their menu items. Had the plant based Lounge Burger (with added avocado and grilled jalapeños), non dairy vanilla shake and fries. Thoroughly enjoyed this classic American meal. Great char like finish on the burger although a little dry, fresh produce and great buns (too small though). Fries were crispy, not oily, nicely salted. Organic ketchup was another nice touch. Shake was good, but little too sweet for my taste. Restaurant is clean and well lit. Rave reviews from the rest of the party of 5. Definitely a tasty place I look forward going back to again and again!
Walked around the Pruneyard shopping center, and this place looked the best choice so decided to have lunch here.There was a small line to order, nothing crazy. I was tempted to get their special holiday milkshake (some kind of peppermint flavor), but unfortunately they don't make these with non-dairy option so that's out. That's fine... saves me a few hundred calories. Decided to get their lounge burger with a small side of fries.Food came fairly quickly, and it was pretty yummy. I don't eat burgers enough to be able to say if the grass-fed beef tasted better, but it was tasty nonetheless. The fries were fresh, I personally prefer McDonald's crispy fries, but these weren't bad.May visit again if I'm in this area!
Great place for a perfectly seasoned turkey burger, which is hard to find. The patty was juicy, cooked perfect, just the right amount of seasoning to be good, not bland and not over powering or too salty, and the crisp edges are a delight. Restaurant is counter style yet the employees still come to your table after to check on you and also to help clear away plates.Restaurant was very clean, including the restroom.Staff was very friendly and professional.
I'm not a huge fan but my kids love the french fries at this place. The price is definitely too high when measuring against value. We stopped by for french fries and they were fine, but to spend over $10 for two servings of potatoes just seems extreme.
Good . This is a regular sized onion ring and a lounge burger with avacado and bacon
Customer service was terrible because my partner and i are allergic to meat and dairy but they messed up our orders MULTIPLE times on separate occasions. They put real cheese on my burger which could put me in the hospital if i ate it. When i called them about this, the server on the phone was rude to me and was basically telling me i was wrong. Never eating here again
